Tengo problemas para transferir dinero entre mis tarjetas. Para transferir de una tarjeta tengo que hacerlo al revés para que me aparezca en la tarjeta que necesito. Ejemplo Necesito transferir dinero de la tarjeta 1 a la 2, pues de es tarjeta 2 tengo que transferir a la 1 para que aparezca en la 2. Borré la aplicación y la instalé de nuevo pero nada. Me urge arreglar la aplicación.

After updating the app to version 3.1.1 it keeps displaying the password is incorrect. It only let me login on the app after unblocking the account. But when logout and try to login again, will continue displaying password incorrect even after been sure of entering the correct password. The account gets blocked after several attempts. I'm benig careful to type password correctly. If I login in on a computer with a browser, after restablishing the password, no problem.
Version 5.3.0 is now working and accepting the password. Thank you for making it work back again. I rank this version 4 stars.
Since April 2021 the app keep giving a message that need to be upgraded but they appear to drop the support for iOS 10.4 and the web link is not accessible anymore. Disappointed.

When iOS 14 came out, I had to enter my login info again and sometimes said that the e-mail was “not found”, other times said the password “was incorrect”. Tried answering the security questions, and guess what, EVERYTHING WAS INCORRECT. Tried unlocking the account on a desktop and it went worse: wrote the answers and got no response, just got redirected back to the homepage. Tried 3 different browsers, with the same outcome. At this point I even tried creating a new account, but that was not an option since my phone number is already linked to my actual account. There’s no customer support, Evertec has social media accounts but they never answer. I hope no one else goes through this.

For a decent time, I have been experiencing the same problem almost every time I use this app. When I try to send money a notification pops up saying “Your account session has expired. You would be logged out for security reasons.” I try again, and log out and it keeps popping the same notification.
This is an extremely annoying and unnecessary situation that brings a lot of problem when you try to buy something quickly. It’s time consuming and unfortunate for the cashier while they wait for the app to finally respond.
Fix this.
