Sent $30by Ath movil to friend I always send and was taken down from.my bank account but never registered in ATH movi just says that nothing is pending. Please help, afraid not to trust ATH movil anymore.

I reported my bank card lost but I had a backup card and I registered it to my ATH Móvil and it is saying to "Balance N/A" and I'm not certain why, and I can't send nor receive money also with the new card I active it from the Mi Banco App. Need help please

I tried transferring money from one of my cards to another but the money is not available on my other account despite receiving a notification saying successfully transferred.

This app is connected to my Banco popular account. I have been trying to use my Banco visa debit card in the states and it keeps declining. I’ve called the bank several time and they tell me my account is good. I tried disconnecting the card from Móvil and this is not working. I need this card to work immediately. What is the problem?

No puedo ver el balance de una de mis tarjetas de débito! De pronto dice que está N/A. Recibo un mensaje por el messenger para entrar un código pero no se si esto es un procedimiento de ustedes o es un SCAM.

Tengo problemas para transferir dinero entre mis tarjetas. Para transferir de una tarjeta tengo que hacerlo al revés para que me aparezca en la tarjeta que necesito. Ejemplo Necesito transferir dinero de la tarjeta 1 a la 2, pues de es tarjeta 2 tengo que transferir a la 1 para que aparezca en la 2. Borré la aplicación y la instalé de nuevo pero nada. Me urge arreglar la aplicación.
