I noted today 4/5/23 I am unable to log in to the QGenda App on my iPhone 13 pro. I've had some glitchy issues previously where scrolling was impossible and the schedule would jump around without my control if I tried to scroll. That resolved, but now I cannot get in. The desktop website/login continues to work.

As of 4/2/23, I cannot login into my QGenda account on my iPhone 10. Up until 4/2/23, I never had issues. I can login in on my laptop but really need to login in on the app too. Thanks!

How to fix QGenda app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QGenda app on iPhone
Update QGenda app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QGenda iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QGenda on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QGenda network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

QGenda Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix QGenda not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the QGenda App
1. On android, goto Settings » QGenda » click [Force Stop]

Update QGenda to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QGenda App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » QGenda » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart QGenda.

Fix QGenda unable to contact server/ QGenda internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click QGenda » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto QGenda » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QGenda
