My group has been using QGenda for well over a year. The single biggest elephant in the room for this this app app is that every single time you log into QGenda there is > 50% chance you will get a spinning wheel of death and QGenda won’t start—so you have to close QGenda and then re-start it. It’s 2019. Do you guys seriously not have the IT capability to fix this bug? STOP all other developments and improvements and fix this ONE ISSUE. Just concentrate on fixing this ONE ISSUE and QGenda will be perfectly fine! It can’t be that difficult! When I click on QGenda , I want it to start. If it doesn’t start, I don’t CARE how great QGenda is. It is unbelievable to me that you guys have not prioritized this as the biggest fix for your app.

UPDATE: aesthetically, I still preferred the old version, but the developers at least have made many of the features more workable.

I can no longer get to a specific day. I have to scroll through a whole week to get there and I can't search for a date. I have to start from the current day and either go forwards or backwards. This new version is also less pleasing aesthetically. Overall, this update makes me less likely to use QGenda on my iPhone.

I can now quickly view schedule, make swaps, and submit requests in QGenda , which is awesome! I did have trouble making my first swap. I thought about calling the service line, but the directions on the help center website explain the steps really well. Now I'm having no trouble, and I really appreciate having this access at my fingertips!

My group of 60+ physicians has been using QGenda for 2 years now and the login for QGenda has been the most frustrating. QGenda once you log in is actually good. But logging in is a hit or miss. Half the time I get a spinning wheel on login. Closing QGenda and restarting doesn’t fix the problem, still spinning wheel. I notice this when someone posts a call to trade or giveaway. I’m not sure if QGenda cannot handle more than a handful of people logged concurrently. It is so frustrating that my group is looking at switching to a different software for scheduling.

In the old version, I couldn’t make requests or swaps on the go. The fact that I can submit requests easily from the phone is a game changer. No more waiting around the desktop for when requesting opens! I also enjoy that I can look up who is working at a location and call them directly from QGenda .

Can now make requests and swap with other users directly from QGenda . Although the new version of QGenda was a bit rough at first, it seems obvious that subsequent updates have been designed and implemented with user feedback in mind, as the schedule viewing options have been streamlined a lot.

Any feedback I've given about the old app was fixed in this one. There is no other physician schedule app that can even compare.

It takes me less than thirty seconds to make a swap or request. I don't even have to log in any more, I just use my fingerprint. Every step is obvious and the interface is attractive.

I've wanted requesting and swapping on QGenda for years. this app listened and did a little sprucing up while they were at it. Love the new clean look and ease of use. My only complaint is the fingerprint login can be a little fidgety but then again that could be my phones fault. Thanks for listening to your customers!

Overall I've always liked QGenda until the most recent redesign. This design has introduced a ridiculously annoying Session Timeout error that you have to click through before you can reauthenticate. Who cares? Just send me back to the login TouchID prompt already! And let me control how long before a session times out. These aren't missile launch codes do I really need to log back in so often? Or ever! My bank has more usable session settings.

The recent mobile release has really impressed me. I was definitely disappointed with the limited ability of the previous app; being able to make requests and trades has made this app a lot easier to use.

I also have an i phone (X) and have to delete and reinstall the mobile q genda app on a daily basis. It is extremely frustrating especially when hurrying in to work and trying to clock in. I have also called tech support and heard that it may be a wifi quality issue. It is not, because I go to many locations, some with excellent wifi, and QGenda still does not work (just keeps spiraling when I first touch it).

With the new update I can honestly say that this app has really thought through the end user's perspective and made improvements.

Just recently downloaded the new update. I can finally request my time off easily and swap shifts directly through mobile. New app makes the whole system very easy to use

I'm sorry to have updated QGenda on my phone because the current version is annoying. You're no longer able to just close the date to see the next date, you now have to roll it up through all the staff or tasks to see the next date. And when it's a loooong list, it's a pain. Why can't we just touch the date on the calendar to see the assignments of just that date? Can you give us the link to obtain the old version (1.10)?

On my PC, the software is what it is. But on my iPhone6, it is unusable. I cannot read my schedule because the entries are jumbled together and the boxes are superimposed on each other. No way to fix settings. Useless. Would give 0 stars if able

September 18, 2017 Addendum: Per the developer this issue of illegibility has been addressed. Just downloaded the "updated" version and guess what, it does look different but is still basically illegible. The iOS product remains USELESS.

Not only logs out every day, requiring one to log in again, it adds a verification process involving identifying pictures. Why all the security? Furthermore, QGenda never recognizes my password so I have to reset it each time I want to change my hours. Finally, q Glenda is apparently unable to actively sync to outlook calendar. I can upload my shifts, but they are not updated when they change. I actually missed a shift due to this.

Can do 2-way swaps from web app now or just add multiple 1-way swaps in mobile. Pretty easy/straight-forward not sure what the negative reviews are about.

Requesting time off is much easier now that I can request from my phone. The simplicity of navigating the different tabs on QGenda has improved tremendously, and continues to get better with each update!

QGenda is much more user friendly than the last. The ability to request and swap on the go is a big improvement

QGenda has made my life so much easier! I came from another scheduling solution that’s app was unsophisticated. With this app, I can get my schedule on the go anywhere, anytime and can request and trade with colleagues.

I use the this app to check my schedule and I find it very useful when I'm out and about. I like the time button so I can clock in and out of work from my phone.

Please add push notification for when new schedules are made available to staff so that I know to check it.

Do not update to latest soft ware. Previous was somewhat user friendly while the new one is user unfriendly. In order to view a date in the future you have to press an arrow that takes you week by week until you get the date you want. So to view a date in December I have to press an arrow roughly twelve times.

Totally frustrating. Old app much better. Cant auto dial patient phone numbers, slow to sign in onto. Need to look up my call number prior to using— or i waste more time finding my name, requires changing the date to find tomorrows schedule— even after today is essentially done, small letters— difficult to move around. This is a TOTAL TURKEY.

Constantly makes you login—even when just toggling between apps. There used to be fingerprint recognition but this disappeared with the last update. On my personal phone why do I need to log in to my own schedule over and over?

Nice app. Is there a way, or possibly an upgrade, to allow QGenda to send an alert notification reminder of an upcoming shift?

The most frustrating part of QGenda is that you can not compare you schedules with others in order to switch shifts. It requires multiple steps to do a 2 way swap then doesn’t flag any conflicts. This took over tangier and is worse in every way imaginable
