How to fix MoodWell app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MoodWell app on iPhone
Update MoodWell app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MoodWell iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MoodWell on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MoodWell network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MoodWell Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MoodWell not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MoodWell App
1. On android, goto Settings » MoodWell » click [Force Stop]

Update MoodWell to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MoodWell App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MoodWell » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MoodWell.

Fix MoodWell unable to contact server/ MoodWell internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MoodWell » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MoodWell » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
