I have tried twice to get a summary of my audio (a 40 minute meeting and a 5 minute meeting as a test) and it says “Oops we cannot connect to the server right now. Please try again once connectivity is restored (smiley face). I’ve tried it again several times over several days and get the same message. Not once has it worked.

Have to sign up for an account…. OK. Enter email and create a password. All done right? Nope. Now they’re going to send you an email to verify your email address….. Fine. The email that shows up, doesn’t just ask you to reply…. It asks you to just blindly trust them and click on a large archaic link they have included/embedded in the messsge. Hard pass on that. Unable to log in and unable to actually try NotebookAI to see if it actually works.
No reason that the registration email can’t simoly be “replied” to in order to complete an account registration

Developer says they are working on it, so I'll give 3 stars for now, although I've yet to be able to try NotebookAI . Previous: Getting message "cannot connect to server"!

If a lifetime premium membership is what you’re offering you shouldn’t limit that to 12 months which is what it says when redeeming. That’s false advertising!.. I thought I’d point that out because it’s frustrating. Upon my first use recording a 5 min softly spoken story narrated by myself NotebookAI understood me PERFECTLY much better than Siri dictation does! This makes me excited about NotebookAI ’s potential. 4 stars!

Never before have I taken time to review a rate and app, but I finally found one that is worthwhile of my time to help spread the good news about how handy NotebookAI has been for me and recording my meetings and making a detailed print copy. I’m so thankful keep up the Hardware guys you are appreciated!

I love taking detailed notes but I also love being in the moment with people and not having to worry about frantically trying to capture everything they’re saying. NotebookAI lets me do both effortlessly!

NotebookAI is intuitive and super convenient to use throughout the day. It makes transcribing meetings and extracting key points and next steps easy, freeing me up to be fully present within meetings and not have to spend time after meetings capturing action items from scribbled notes.

NotebookAI is really helpful. Notezy can quickly record and organize information so that you can be present without the burden of taking notes. Will definitely be using this for future meetings!

At first, I ran into a glitch, but now everything is running smoothly! I have to say, the customer support team was incredible—they quickly resolved the issue and got me back on track. Truly impressive service!

So far this is the first app in 2024 that isn’t loaded with extras and expensive nonsense. Just simple, AI notetaking. I take hundreds of notes per week across clients on zoom and in person. This is THE BEST in my many years of searching.

I run board meetings and take the meeting minutes and this has been an incredible useful way to compare what I wrote down to what I might’ve missed, or actions steps that I forgot. I am excited to see it involved!

NotebookAI is really cool – I highly recommend it. I have been using it in my anthropology class and it is a real life saver when preparing for tests and working on essays!

Had NotebookAI for week. Did not connect to until late last week. Sent saved notes and was amazed at the meeting notes it provided. Great app and will it use for all my meetings. I did one lasting over an hour and the server returned the meeting notes within a few minutes. Now it is super useful.

I use NotebookAI for my meetings and it really helped me to create all meeting summaries! I am happy that I discovered it! I will continue to use it!
