Close and restart the DBB app on iPhone
Update DBB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DBB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DBB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DBB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DBB app issues:

Force Stop the DBB App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DBB app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DBB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DBB App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DBB app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DBB.

Fix DBB unable to contact server/ DBB internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DBB » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DBB » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DBB on android.
