Close and restart the Bankroll app on iPhone
Update Bankroll app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bankroll iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bankroll on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bankroll network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Bankroll App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bankroll » click [Force Stop]

Update Bankroll to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bankroll App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bankroll » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bankroll.

Fix Bankroll unable to contact server/ Bankroll internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bankroll » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bankroll » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bankroll
