I CANCELED THIS SUBSCRIPTION MONTHS AGO AND YET MONEY CONTINUES TO BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I NO LONGER AM A USER OF YOUR SERVICE AND I REQUEST A REFUND OF MY $49.99 AND A OF MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION BE DELETED FROM YOUR SYSTEMS!!!!!!
I did not authorize a withdrawal of 49.95 from my account. I did not receive any alerts to advise of withdrawal from my account! I request a full refund ASAP!
I have not received access to an app to begin use of site.

The app I’ve paid for but it will not accept my username or password. Help!
Paid for app. will not let me use app. entered both of my emails. Your app. says they are bad emails. They are not. I auto filled and then typed in both addresses still respond with "bad email" message. I want my money back.

I specifically looked up if this app was free, or was some type of trial to try to get you to set it up, and then forget that you’re paying for it. I couldn’t find info online, but it is one of those apps, and not worth the cost.
Not ready for public consumption

While the graphics and abridged lessons that are put in the context of personal perspective are very nice, the quizzes are unpolished with questions covering topics not reviewed (I.e. you have to totally guess), and the app seems to have difficulties with the swipe cards and retaining new chapter progress.

Tries to get you into a subscription. Be careful. Also, there is a simple spelling error under “my subscription” tab. “Collect gread (not great lol) leaders”
