I purchased TC+ in 03/23. Renewal date 4/1/24. I cannot login and am told I need to pay for a new subscription Please tell me how to refresh my subscription John Stockbridge

I subscribe to the Tennis Channel, and yet I hardly ever watch it. Why? Because you Offer nothing for the average Joe-Blow tennis player on the channel. Why don’t you Offer a tennis lesson show? How to hit a two-handed backhand, How to change your Racket grips? How to serve and volley?----Why don’t you have a show discussing Tennis strategies and how to beat your opponent? And with real tennis coaches Discussing those strategies? Why don’t you have a tenns insider show, keeping up With established and incoming players? All you offer are old matches from who Knows when and where. BORING. I love tennis, and yet I never watch the Tennis Channel. And I’m writing to tell you there is something direly wrong with that. Why? Because you are offering nothing to true tennis fans, who may not play as Well as the pros, but who truly love and follow tennis.

More and more in recent years tennis channel has had less and less availability for the major events, but at least televised play when the channel assigned for those events finished their daily coverage.....Now ESPN and spectrum are arguing about $$, and Tennis channel, which I pay extra for, has no coverage of matches except for a morning show before ESPN coverage....Why doesn't tennis channel have access to these matches, after the ESPN coverage of the day is completed.....

I paid my money then found it impossible to get my content. The chatbots sent me round in unproductive circles. What a pain. I just want to watch tennis. Why is this so hard?

I have canceled my membership and i was charged for renewal!! This is the worst service i don't understand why they charge 100 DLLs when you can not see any matches if you don't have a cable service provider!!

I am connecting TC though a ROKU app, now all of a sudden at Log in I am asked to provide a TV provider. I have no regular TV provider as I am on streaming only. So I will have to claim my $120 back by filing a claim though PAYPAL TC you service id not existent, Will not recommend to any one, your support email address tells me about a 24/7 chat, but there is none. will report you to the FCC

I’m tired of listening to biased opinionated criticism of every single point , my fingers get tired of muting the smart alecs on the plus channels , there should be a button to turn off the talking. The main channel is great for analysis, the other channel’s needs to have no talking! Thanks

I have yearly subscription of Amazon Tennis Channel Plus. I have been watching tennis with my TV Fire-stick. A few days ago it showed: it could not be loaded because Net::ERR-NAME-NOT-RESOLVED what is going on? Nobody did anything to the IP address, and it just shows the same message on the Tennis Channel only. I used the fire-stick also for U-Tube and it works. So there is something wrong with Tennis Channel. Help!

My husband (Richard) and I have been long time subscribers to Tennis Channel Plus and were again charged $109.99 on May 7th, on our Citi MC ending in 7438. We have not been able to log on to see any tennis!!! Can someone look into what the problem is asap! We are lifetime tennis followers, and use your channel to help pass the long hours of being confined to the house because of Covid fears. Thanks for leaving off the commentary at Indian Wells. It's so much more enjoyable for me to watch tennis without someone talking throughout the match.

I’m disappointed that TC has chosen to show reruns of Team Tennis instead of The Davis Cup. It appears to me that either Davis Cup has overpriced their product or TC is greedy. Either way, the tennis viewing public is the loser.

I have tried numerous ways to cancel my subscription. You have it set up so that it is all but impossible to cancel - I am tired of this runaround. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION OR MY COUNSEL WILL CONTACT YOU. REFUND MY MONEY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. What you are selling is a rip off. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint.
