Close and restart the InMark app on iPhone
Update InMark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InMark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve InMark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent InMark app issues:

Force Stop the InMark App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click InMark app. » click "Force Stop".

Update InMark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InMark App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "InMark app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch InMark.

Fix InMark unable to contact server/ InMark internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click InMark » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got InMark » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InMark on android.
