I originally had InstaSave Premium - no ads & InMark worked great. Was told InMark "moved" - now I'm suffering through aggressive ads that are almost impossible to get out of

I just watched 40 million ads in a row upon launching. Another 40 million upon pasting URL. And an additional 10 million after saving image. Worst app I’ve ever used.

To add insult to injury the developer refuses to refund my my annual plan because I need to use the garbage to request it. But I refuse to watch that many ads again.

Pro Tip: Just type in IG downloader in safari. Fast. No ads. No limits!

I purchased the annual subscription (12 month paid option) through InstaSave (the old version) (in May) and two months later (July) there is a prompt stating our app has moved, please download our other app. This is a new app we are forced to download because the other one no longer works. Why did you as a developer do an app change without transferring current subscriptions? I paid for an annual subscription that does not continues when selecting the restore option in the new app. There was no communication about this pending change and disabling of the other app. It sends a message that this developer like others will attempt to scam their users out of money, regardless of the amount, without considering consequences. Will this issue be rectified or will refunds be issued? This is not the first app developer to do this, and it is an issue that needs to be addressed and stopped immediately.

They switch to another app once you buy and annual subscription and make you pay again.

InstaSave was amazing with paid version with zero ads, just got forced to migrate to this ad bombshell with ZERO option to move my already paid subscription.

Don’t buy InMark or InstaSave. If you buy the yearly subscription they will just change InMark name and have you repay and blast you with advertising. Absolutely trash business model!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I paid for no ads in InMark this used to be…now they’re apparently someone new and there’s no option to restore my previous purchase. Not impressed by these people.

You guys claim to have move from InstaSave to InMark with moving over the subscription fee I have already paid on InstaSave.
The ad on InMark is so ridiculous it can’t even be used.

The developer blocked access to their old app that does literally the same thing. I paid for an annual subscription, now I’m locked out of the old app just because the greedy developers want you to switch to the new app, so they can charge twice. Such a scam!

Don’t bother with InMark unless you will pay for it. It’s just unbearable. I’d almost want you to try it just to see how bad it is but to save your own time-take my word for it.

Like many others I was with instasave and paid for the annual subscription. Then they changed apps. After a few weeks I finally figured out how to request the subscription on InMark that I already paid for. It did not carry over on its own. So I lost out on part of it. (About a month). They said they would only honor my plan until it’s expiration date but so far my account still says I’m on the free plan. Then they told me to give them a 5 star review and they would give me an extra week. What a joke.

I liked instasave app and I’m sure this would will get the job done but you can just go on safari and do this for free. After this I would pay for it and I’ll delete InMark . I didn’t like the how that was handled.

I previously downloaded their app “Instasave” & “Tikdown” & i paid for annual subscriptions on both apps (1 year) & after just a few months the apps are no longer viable and i get a prompt that says “our app has moved please download this new app” & i download InMark and the subscription DID NOT carry over. I still have about 8 months of a paid subscription left that i CANNOT use at all. Just straight up stole my money and changed InMark . Insanely unprofessional. Trust me please, DO NOT DOWNLOAD InMark!

I guess people have money to throw away $3.99/monthly or a one time payment of $60!!! Yall are insane!
Your original app worked WAY BETTER! No ads and it was free!
I can’t even do anything on InMark because everything I touch it gives a 1 minute ad. In order to download a 1 minute video from ig I have to sit through 3 ads? That’s ridiculous! Deleting and never downloading again. Ig does have a free downloading video thing on their app, you just can’t download everything.

Get your act together, not everyone wants to pay money and get ripped off for an ad free experience because the creators are greedy and charge way too much for that.

IG and Fb changed the apps without any consideration of the consumer.A lots gambling advertisement and more difficult to download videos.

** update. After several emails back and forth they were finally able to get my subscription transferred to their new app. I feel like I should have gotten a few weeks free just for all the time, effort and follow-through it took to get this accomplished. It was not as easy as sending one email and *poof* it being transferred. I went for days of watching soooo many ads to use InMark while I waited. I knocked one star off for all the hassle. That being said, InMark itself works well. I’m very happy with it!!

I loved your original app. I paid through June 2025 for no ads. Please fix this so I can continue to use and recommend your app. Thanks.

this app is incredible for easy, ad-free, unlimited downloads! The new version is super user-friendly, and their support team went above and beyond to help me restore my premium plan. InMark is a must-have for saving all your favorite content! One small suggestion for future updates: Automatic plan transfers for existing customers would be a great feature when transitioning to a new app version. I've seen other apps do this successfully.

I recently found out that my instasave app with premium subscription was no longer accessible and that it was now replaced by this app app. Just by email, my premium subscription was tranferred and now I get to enjoy InMark same as the old version.

I app works flawlessly. I had a small issue with my account and customer service immediately replied to me and easily and quickly fixed the issue. I would definitely recommend InMark if you use instagram.

I had a great experience! I switched from InstaSave to this app when InMark changed and the customer service helped me easily transfer my subscription over. I haven’t had issues with the premium version and I am very happy with the quality of the downloads!

InMark does what it was created for. However, I am also seeing ads despite the fact that support has transferred my premium subscription from InstaSave. I need to ask them why. Overall, the support team is helpful.

When I opened the old app, it told me to download the new one, but I wasn’t able to restore my purchase on the new app, I was having trouble so I reached out to them and they actually fixed my issue for me and it was hassle free I really liked…keep up the good work guys

I have used INSTASAVE without any problems. I had my annual subscription there, now they changed to this app, I was able to transfer my subscription again by just writing an email to customer service. I am very satisfied with the service provided, they responded to me in just a minute.

I currently have ANNUAL/PREMIUM plan and I’ve been using InMark for over a year now. I wanted to download a clips from Instagram and when I opened InMark , a notification popped up saying download ‘’this app’’ previously it was ‘’INSTASAVE’’ after downloading the this app I discovered I started to get ads which is no supposed to be as I have an annual plan, I contacted the customer service telling them and I was asked to do a screenshot and send to them, I feel they wanted to know if i actually had a paid plan, and after doing it they transferred the reminder of my subscription from the old INSTASAVE account to this current account without stress and all this was done in less than 15 mins

I was a user of the previous app made by these creators called InstaSave. This is basically the same app. I loved the old one, and I love this one as well. I have never had a problem with the functionality of InMark , and I have used the old version for over a year. I was worried when I got the new app and my annual license was not included, but a quick email to the developers go everything transferred over within 24 hours. Excellent customer service, and an excellent app. Give it a try!

After the change from InSave to this app, I followed their instructions and updated InMark to this app. However, after downloading the new app, I started seeing ads even though I had already paid for the previous app. Additionally, the option to restore my previous purchase was not working in the new app. I reached out to InMark support by using the email button in the new app and sent them a screenshot of my subscription purchase. They responded quickly and restored my ad-free account. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, I recommend contacting customer support, as they were able to resolve the issue promptly.

I was an avid user of their previous name InstaSave so when they transferred over, I sent an email to get my current subscription transferred over as well and they were so helpful with it and got me what I desired. I love using InMark because it’s quick & easy to use with a quick copy of a public profile link to save pics and videos faster. So the fact that they notified us of the transfer and were able to accommodate me deserves a nice rating in my book.

InMark has been great! The help center replies quickly and I haven’t had any issues with InMark at all! Must download if you are looking for an app like this.

They deserve this 5 star for costumer service support, they were very quick with resolution I had a premium subscription on their previous app and they transferred to this new one Is not just like those other scam apps who steal your money

They used to be InstaSave, but switched over and haven’t given anyone that was subscribed to InstaSave the ability to restore their previous purchases. I have a year subscription and it’s useless now. Will change review if they resolve this issue.

There are so many things that I like to post without them being cut off by Instagram and this is InMark for it. Definitely worth the premium plan so you don't have to deal with all the advertisements. I use it at least three times a week.

One of my favorite apps to use! It’s my go-to when I want to save my favorite IG stories or view them outside of my personal account. InMark is easy to use and whenever I reach out to the support team with questions or comments, they respond quickly and in a friendly matter. I pay for the no-ad version and it’s worth every penny! I really love InMark!

I was very happy with using the previous app, so subscribe it for 2 years, when I realized it transferred to this app, I downloaded it immediately, but there seems to be issues with my iPhone, and this app team help me with so much patience to solve all problems I was facing to. continue this team!
