I downloaded Benny because I liked the concept. I went to set up my account and verified my number and then went to verify my email. IMPOSSIBLE!!! The verification timer only gives you 15 seconds to verify and I did it 20x and several of those times I had put in the number just a couple seconds before the timer ran out and it still never went through. Some of those times I didn’t even get an email and A Lot of those times the email came AFTER the timer had run out. So I can’t even get into Benny for me to use it and see how it works. Good job to the creators of Benny for only giving 15 seconds to verify emails…

This is a fake and a lie , I tried uploading receipts only from snap and main places but it keeps denying me so what is the point , you just want access to my information , don’t waste your time with it especially if you live in nyc

I installed and unstalled Benny numerous of times just for it to say it cannot connect to my states portal.. every other app works but this one. Won’t be using it again

Can’t create an account and there is 0 info for any. Type of customer service issues or any kind of help whatsoever ever - an completely automated site

So I downloaded Benny thinking that I wouldn’t have to capture every receipt because Benny know when I have used my ebt card because it gives me my balance in real time. The cash back feature doesn’t work at all. Which was the whole reason for Benny . So I’m extremely disappointed.

They refused one of my recirpt claiming it was already redeemed. No I just rang up at Costco 2 separate transactions. No way to email them or anything so I’m rating them low for lack of customer support.

I would have love to give Benny a five star review but the issue I have is I don’t remember to activate the reward before I go and shop. So when I activate the reward and go to scan my receipt, I am no longer allowed to scan my receipt for mom’s that are doing 1 million. Things are not going to remember to activate the reward before going shopping and then scanning receipts.

I like that concept but the only problem I found is it won’t let you redeem your cash back I’ve tried hundreds of times and it still won’t let me and Brent app does have they own card where we can use our cash back

I would like Benny but they make it difficult to get points from places like DoorDash while it says it’s an option they want you to upload a paper receipt which you don’t get from door dash

Only three stars because I have tried and tried and I can’t get Benny to connect my EBT card I have the correct credentials and have no trouble logging into my EBT portal but connecting my EBT card to this app is a no go. Going to try the upload receipt and see if that works if not I’m deleting!

More stars later maybe 🤔

Need to give more cash back and should have to wait 2-3 days for your money

Over all Benny is awesome for snap benefits . I see no cash back option for using cash or PayPal or providers card.
I don’t use regular bank account so mostly use cash along with ebt

It gave me cash back the first time I used it! Good app.

I didn’t realize I could get cash back, but this app makes it so easy to do that. Benny looks great and is easy to use. It’s the new favorite app on my Home Screen.
