How to fix Drawpal app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Drawpal app on iPhone
Update Drawpal app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Drawpal iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Drawpal on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Drawpal network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Drawpal Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Drawpal not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Drawpal App
1. On android, goto Settings » Drawpal » click [Force Stop]

Update Drawpal to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Drawpal App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Drawpal » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Drawpal.

Fix Drawpal unable to contact server/ Drawpal internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Drawpal » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Drawpal » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
