I purchased the app and was creating a song and I was charged 9 dollars and when the voice recording was done it didn’t work so I tried it again and was asking for an additional payment when I never got my song please help me

I should at least have 3 LEFT. But each time OPEN the APP, NONE of my PREVIOUS SONG is NOWHERE to be found and my 6:30 Second VOICE RECORDING is GONE. So I exited out of the the APP, came back in and it asked me to RECORD my VOICE AGAIN. I have DONE THIS 4 times in the last hours and NONE of them are ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND. Why do I have to KEEP READING that 6+ Minute Statement and you NOT SAVE IT? Also, I should have at least 3 SONGS REMAINING for when I signed up earlier toiday, NOPE, NOW it is asking me to PAY ANOTHER $9.99 for the 3rd time, but YET you are NOT SAVING my SINGS or MY RECORDED VOICE. Either RESTORE EVERYTHING BACK and give me my 3 remaining CREDITS BACK and MY RECORDED VOICE STATEMENTS BACK or I want a FULL and COMPLEtE REFUND. I have also seen SO MANY PEOPLE now are experiencing the SAME ISSUE and reporting it since JULY and they are ALL SAYING that NO ONE is RESPONDING to their reports and complaints. I DEMAND a RESPONSE within 48 hours or I will be filing a LAW SUIT, NOT just for $6.99. it will be MUCH LARGER and I will be FLOODING "X" with my MASSIVE FOLLOWING of almost 390,000 followers with a MASSIVE NEGATIVE CAMPAIGN about your company and system and I will be contacting my LONG TIME Family Friend, Tim Cook, CEO of APPLE and have his REMOVE YOUR APP for the APP STORE.

I have been requesting a full refund on this subscription that I did not want. No ine has contacted me yet
A cheap cash grab

This app used to be good. It was like I could get one free song a day, which was a bit upsetting, but understandable considering I was using the free version. The new update ruined everything though. Its pretty much unusable now. It’s like the people who made this only want to scare potential customers away from their product. Fun fact, making songs cut off randomly and not allowing users to try out different styles of music makes your app seem crappy and IS NOT going to make people want to spend money on it. Like why would I spend $60 a year on an app which can’t even create full length songs and I can’t even test what different genres would be like??? This app is just another cheap cash grab. Don’t waste your time with it.
