I can only do the picture clean. This is not giving me options for anything else as stated on the advertisement.

You can’t do anything if you don’t pay to subscribe. CleanerAI is useless.

You can only clean 3 things (individually) without paying it, seems like it would be good if it were free tho

I feel trapped by your insistence to pay for a service that I do not want. It is appalling that I cannot be free from you bullies on my private phone. I am extremely angry about this intrusion into my privacy. You should be ashamed of yourselves !!!

Pictures look identical, but there’s an additional person in it. They’re calling it a duplicate and I uncheck it, but it keeps coming back this to me is a useless app.

Customer service is non existent

CleanerAI just wants my money for things and I don’t have money for CleanerAI if i wanna buy things for my family. I can’t even use CleanerAI without the money thing popping up! Waste of time downloading it. (I’m not a Karen I’m stating facts this game is a game that allows you to do nothing on CleanerAI if you don’t pay it)

I LOVE it but I can’t pay and it doesn’t really help theirs only 2 things it does scan your photos and make you do it but it’s okay

I have gone through duplicate photos, similar photos, and one other time. Each time that’s all it cleans up. How do I take a look at other items that my need to clean up?

I thought it did more than just photos. I really wanted to delete my emails in one shot also duplicate apps and other things that it said in the ad that CleanerAI could do if it does do that I haven’t figured out how.

You still have to go through and delete your photos which isn't a bad thing entirely. It started having glitches when I was halfway through trying to delete pictures that I wasn't deleting

CleanerAI was good overall, but I am new to CleanerAI and there is always a tab popping up, forcing me to pay. It was quite annoying ！

Not so thorough. The CleanerAI did not scan my contacts or my phone in general for unneeded cashe items. It only went through pictures..

I thought it was free and it’s not. I have so many things to delete and I don’t have time. I’m struggling and I don’t have storage and I can’t clean it bc I have to pay? Could have been better :(

I don’t know how to delete all the storage from all the apps. I’m downloading because I can’t delete on my phone. I try it always says remove from home screen but four out of five stars ✌︎( ᐛ )✌︎

Do not hesitate to use this! It will give you the option of save or delete!

Why say it’s free when it is not. So is all the other one too.

I would say this is a really good app just hate how you have to pay for it but at least there’s a free trial and the payment is cheap but you know some things can be fixed

It appears on the surface it did its job. Not having an option to save the recently deleted folder really makes me nervous.

I can’t stand my phone being backed up with storage and it takes a lot of time to do it myself which I don’t have a lot of time to do so. CleanerAI makes it easy and I trust it.

The process was so easy to delete duplicates or pictures you were ready to delete. The amount of storage it saved was amazing!!!! This is my first experience with a program like this. I’m loving it!!!!

This is just what I Needed, I will order CleanerAI September 3rd when I get my check again. I loved the speed Just hope I don’t miss something deleted that was special

When scrolling through the vdos it doesn’t cut off when you go to the next one and then takes a long time for the next vdo to start while you still here the vdos of 2-3 you just passed smh. Well I like that there’s a solution for that.. you start from the scrolling screen the part entered you can see all the vdos and you scroll checking the ones you like to delete. You don’t have to watch the vdos if you know what they are BUT if you unsure if it’s a vdo you want to delete just click on it then make your decision THEN go back to the previous screen to check out the rest and that’s it 🥰

Directions are not inclusive toward existing data and/or finding the correct place to go to create an easy erase of old emails, promotions,etc. Thanks in advance, if you could send directions
