Everything sounds like the glory. But after read the terms i realize that UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder it’s scary.

According to their terms of service , they are completely within their legal right and you have no action that can be taken to recover from your damages. Now, you’re left without a website, and all the hard work you put into it for traffic generation is now lost.

PROS

this tool is great if you’re just needing a single page website that serves as a directory for your other online presences. If this is the case, just use the free domains that are included with the tools free price. UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder does live up to the hype of being able to create decent looking websites on the go with no design experience. However, there are a lot of better options out there that will do the same thing without the risk of dealing with such a questionable Terms of Service Agreement.

I’ll start off by saying WOW. It’s brilliant. The features are out of this world. I’ll be reviewing this from a small business standpoint. I sell B2C and my products are very personalized and I’ve found ways to do just about everything I set out to. It holds close to these huge platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce. Apps would be nice. I see some huge potential if integrations become a thing here.
I am honestly beyond stunned at the ease of adding and editing your context. It’s mind blowing how simple it is to do something on UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder that take some time in others. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is because I can’t use UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder for my online store....(insert sad face here) after doing the math I just can’t pay 10% of my transactions to any platform. It’s a LOT compared to others. Super bummed about it.
They do have options for cash app and PayPal...which is epic...but it takes away from the professional element in how I envision check out to feel for my clients. Hopefully one day things will change. Until then... 👋

If I could give a negative star, I would. UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder is a one page site, which is not a website, and you can’t sell anything, so you might as well call it a blog. It had glitches as well. It would freeze up from time to time. I was deceived when I signed up with UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder . I didn’t know I was purchasing a domain name, and they purchase a domain through another service. I decided UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder was not going to work for me, so now I have to keep my account open with them for one year. They won’t give me access to my own domain that I purchased. I have a shopify store, and need to buy an email with gsuite, but I can’t even do that, because I need to wait for Universe to log into my domain to finish setting it up. I have not heard back from Universe to do so. I am left waiting. Plus any issue I have with my domain. I have to wait for them to fix the problem. I am not that techno friendly, but I am learning as I go, and I pick on things real quickly. Making someone wait when it is something that can be fixed asap is not right. At least respond with questions in order to fix something. Universe fails to do so. Frustrating to say the least. Another day goes by.

I love UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder but please fix the bug that limits the amount of views you see per day. I have UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder linked to a huge platform I have online and UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder views never match the actual views that the website is getting. It shows a number way lower than your actual views.
Also please fix the bug that will not allow people to subscribe to your website, as I said I have the website linked to a huge platform and people have complained that they can’t sub or didn’t get the link when the post was published. If I did not have such a big platform somewhere else, I would be very hurt because it would look as if I’m getting no subscriptions or views.
Please fix these issues. I have reached out to three different techs on UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder via Zoom chats about the issues addressed. I’m not sure if they are really knowledgeable about it, except a guy named Adam who was very helpful, or if they are just winging it or if UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder is all Beta. However these issues need to be addressed.

The tools Universe has make it simple and fun for anyone to build a website. It has been incredibly well designed and has a very nice interface with easy to follow instructions and concepts. I think that design and development are moving to more things like this in which we can create more naturally without needing to learn skills such as coding. Don’t get me wrong, coding is very helpful and I have been learning it for the past year, but the more we can move past it and make the computer work for us instead of us needing to work according to the computer, the better computing will become.

There is a lot more that could be done with Universe however. It is still fairly restricted since you have to rely on the grid and their preset colors and options. This can certainly be a good thing for people who want that simplicity, but for people that are looking for more, there could be greater customization.

I have been looking for site builders and honestly I’m very impressed.

I love that you can have email subscribers (pro, but Im excited nonetheless)
And i love the way you can customize every page to your liking and even add subpages to swipe through.
I do wish there were a bit more shapes to play with and other photo effects to apply such as vignette, or top to bottom gradients that you can change the color of, etc.
I’m also curious if there’s ways to make more dynamic graphics. Maybe with a main page and its subpages: you can anchor the background to all, and just have the other graphics basically slide over the background.
And maybe other swipe effects/translations.
I think for how simple it is, a lot of bases are touched, and basic major components are included.

And maybe some of these features are included in pro. I have no idea lol. Just throwing some ideas out there for an already great program.

The more I mess around with it the more I’m leaning towards buying the lifetime pro account. It’s a very promising app. I just wish there was a trial so I can test all the pro features before deciding to spend money on it, however, I’m not too worried as I’m confident this would work perfect for what I need.

I just have one problem when I go in to add a gif & save it. It creates this big gap between the gif & the next item I add. It’s annoying because I’m trying to get a certain look & that’s messing up the flow of my site. I do absolutely love UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder & all the features! I definitely plan to stay with you all & recommend you all to everyone I know! I just need that one thing fixed! Please & thank you 🙏 😊

Update: Developer responded to this review & I was informed to reach out to the Help desk for help. They responded promptly and my problem was resolved! I love the new update where you can embed a playlist! Super cool! This is the BEST WEBSITE Builder I have ever used! I’m excited to watch what else they had! I do wish there was a way you could save blog post for later to edit!

So far, for 0$, I have downloaded UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder and built a very simple basic website for my Musician Page. People have visited my site and now I have something to actually market and talk about now!! Seriously considering now buying the lifetime website outright, as a place to showcase my music. The only thing that would upset that plan, is the obsolescence of the internet itself, which is bound to happen!! Even if the new MetaVerse (imagine a VR internet V2.0) came into existence within 10-15 years, I think the old internet and this website would still be viable. But maybe Universe Developers should look into that, it’s the next big thing ;)

I love UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder, it has helped me expand my business loads and I’ve even been featured on your Instagram before, but I’m practically begging y’all at this point to add a feature where people can pay for shipping when they purchase something. I’m also begging you even harder to find a way to allow mass printing of shipping labels because going through 170 orders and single handedly filling out the weight for the same item for a different order every single time leads me to burnout. It would be so easy if the weight of the items was already coded in when I list it to be paid for. I just sat down for 2 hours making/printing shipping labels and it’s making me want to just switch to Shopify or go back to Depop since their labels are premade.

If you are looking to build a website/app, this is PERFECT. You might think you can only build website’s and not apps but you can click the share website button and click add to Home Screen! There its an app and web! You can do EVERYTHING on this website. There is just 1 question I’d like to ask the developer of UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder. I would really like if you can make a monthly subscription where you pay monthly for example, paying monthly for email updates, paying monthly to access files and stuff like that. Otherwise, UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder is the “BEST” at making website’s. Thank you universe!

I went to try the 3 day trial and was charged immediately, rather than in 3 days. However, even though I was charged and received a welcome email from Universe, UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder does not register that I am charged and will not allow me to use the Pro features. When I reached out to Universe about this issue, they recommended that I ask Apple for a refund, and also told me that Apple might not refund me but if I stay persistent in the request, I may get my money back. Apparently this is a common problem. I don’t like to write negative reviews but I was charged $120 for a service I can’t use, and customer service basically told me to figure it out myself. Especially if your economic situation has been affected by the pandemic like me, it’s not worth the risk to try this service and be billed for nothing. I was trying to save money on my website and look what happened. Smh. Lesson learned.

Okay…updating this to say I still love it. Here’s the catch. It had logged me out. I tried to log back in, and that apparently wasn’t what I signed up with. Long story short I had to set up a new free account only to log out - so it would bring me to a log in screen (instead of being stuck in a set up loop), so I could sign in with the appropriate log in. In the end, I had to set up a third website for a podcast I’m starting anyways. The founder himself got back to me and sent someone from the company to reach out directly. I’d say that’s great customer service. So the five stars stay put! Thanks, Joe! You made it a great experience.

UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder is amazing for building your own website. Places like squarespace say you can make a site in minutes and you can but it is very clunky and not as easy to make your own. UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder makes it easy as cake to make your own website how you want to. On a computer the website looks a little funny but it’s easy to fix that with a little more time to make it amazing. On top of that you only need your phone to get started so it’s convenient and it’s less that $10 a month for pro which includes a free domain. It also includes an explore tab so you can get inspiration from others. I love UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder and can’t wait to keep using it

This is a last resort of trying to get in contact with the developers to give me access to my business site. If I knew they were up and coming I wouldn’t have dedicated so much time and effort to edit my site & so much trust to be able to handle my business page. It’s been more than a month.... which I pay for that I’m not able to access the site and update my menus for my customers which then adds confusion to my sales when they are mentioning outdated posts on my website and I have to explain to them that I’m not able to access it at this moment and that’s why there’s an error. Incredibly unprofessional if you couldn’t handle all types of bugs and errors you should let people know so they don’t waste their time. But if you can please feel free to help me out because it’s really ridiculous !

I like UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder and it works as advertised. But the reason I give UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder 2 stars is because when you sign up for the free trial it tells you that it’s only 10 dollars a month but never tells you that UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder is a year long subscription only. I though I was going to be charged 10 dollars a month when I signed up but was charged 120 dollars for a year long subscription. I wish UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder would be more clear about this and tell you when you sign up and if it did say it it was lost likely in a small font hard to read for the average consumer to notice. It’s a little shady to be honest.

I don’t want to leave a bad review or anything.. I really enjoy UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder . I mean I think it’s genius how simple they allow you to make an amazing website.. my only and only issue is I feel it’s in beta form. There’s so many gimmicks and little things that just don’t work properly and kinda spazz. And specifically my main main problem is that after a long day of editing.. I go to save my work so my site can go live and it just crashes... not saving any of the work I just created essentially... realllly disappointing. Because I truly just want to create an amazing website for my fans. Very open to paying the subscription as well just please fix the bug problems I’m just trying to work .

I wanted to create a website with no knowledge on how to create one. I searched up website builders and I came across UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder. I caught my eye at first, and decided to try it. I downloaded UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder and it guided me through a tutorial on how to make my website. I was pleased to see many options to add to my website such as photos, email updates, and even a gallery. But there is a premium subscription you can pay for to unlock features like a shop. I personally think that should be free, and not cost money. Because I could probably make a shop for free using something like Wix. But overall it is very useful and easy to navigate.

Being someone that works multiple job this was the easiest and most convenient way to launch a nice looking website! It’s a little tricky to use at first but the main reason I give it five stars is for customer support! They were very responsive and helpful. I think customer support is the most important part of a successful product and they nailed it.

My only feedback would be to perhaps add a parallax scrolling feature for websites since a lot of nice looking mobile sites have them. Thanks again!

Very beautiful app the people I contacted regarding my website domain responded to me very fast they change my name not once but twice (which usually There is a fee, they were willing to work with me and we’re very kind in the process I really appreciate the people they have working behind UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder they developed it very well they really listen to feedback and it’s just so easy to use but yet it looks professional it is professional and quite possibly one of the better design website apps out there

I just love this.. first of all, for myself anyway I found it very simple to use and create... I already have a website, but I loveeee clickable linked pix and graphics! So I basically just created what I consider to be a Virtual Business Card, each image is a link to my everything! A) my regular domain, my Phone, Email.. Photo Links to my socials, FB, IG, Twitter (2 Of each! 🤦🏻‍♀️, so it should make sense why this is so awesome for me.. links to my Snapchat too! I’m really impressed with it.. I do Social media marketing and some of the clients can’t afford a new website and maintain it and all of that.. so I’ve recommended this to quite a few.. a friend of mine is a realtor and I had her do this.. she’s not the savviest with this kind of thing but she still made one, I made a list of things for her to change but even what she put together is good enough and is everything if she wants to be successful.. I also really like that it’s more than just a stand-alone site.. it’s also a community.. which is additional exposure.. and starting off.. you can use all you can get! 5 Stars For Sure.. Totally Recommend This!

New to this but I am finding UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder pretty easy to use thus far. UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder is pretty much self explanatory once you get your hands dirty and get in there and play with it for an hour or two. I have already got a pretty good jump on my website, that I am pretty proud of, in just a cpl of hours. I still have a lot of work to do, to get all the inventory that i have collected over the years, inputted on to all the pages I have created. I am sure I will keep tweaking my website, to try and make it easier for anyone visiting my website to navigate across. Kudos to the developers for help making this trying time for me, just a little easier. I appreciate all the thought that was put into UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder.

Great application for mobile website building. You can make multiple pages and their editing app is really easy to use. I’ve used dreamweaver in the past but their editing app makes a quick site so easy to build in comparison. Even had an issue and the support team member Jessica helped me. Her quick response made me really feel like this company cares about its customers and wants to improve issues. Therefore I also signed on for a pro subscription to reap additional benefits for UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder . Great app 10/10.

I downloaded UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder as a way to check out my website building options for my brand. The UI is kinda interesting but pretty simplistic; it’s hard to make sites that look good if you have a lot of information. The whole concept of using a grid basically means you’re forced into specific templates with not much room for flexibility. I used their domain service while I was testing UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder , and after I decided not to go with them (due to their issues connecting with my Shopify account) they basically tried to blackmail me into keeping my domain, claiming I needed to make some sort of third party account or wait 90 days. It was only after threatening to report them to ICANN that I finally got my domain back. Do not use their domain service! It’s overpriced and they’ll try to keep your domain.

It's interesting how some of these reviews sound so well scripted... Kind of shocking how whitty, clever, and so though out they are for something that most people spend all of 5 seconds contemplating before writing.

Now I'm not accusing anyone of anything in particular I wouldn't be too shocked of anything as well...

As for my thoughts on UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder itself. It's basically useless as a web design program as it's advertised. Although it may has some potential as a free tool for making working prototypes.

If the developers of UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder were smart they would pick up on this and capitalize on this potential rather than focus on actually making websites with it. It's far easier to just use WordPress theme 2015 and be done with it. That being said l definitely don't speak for everyone and some people may actually find it useful for it's presented use case, however I find it to be lacking too much in power for that.

Perhaps in the future once it has more features for power users I will revisit this, but for now I'm going to put it aside.

I love the graphics and just about everything to do with the Universe BUT Km not seeing any option for a “back” button or an option to change your original template to a different one if not happy with the one chosen??? I’m forever stuck on one page. I’ve seen this as a problem with other apps as well.... is this possibly an Apple issue more so than an App issue? I don’t know but I’m stuck going nowhere because I can’t hit back or move around the dashboard at all. I’d love to use Universe if so could remedy this problem. I need to restart from scratch and I never even got past the beginning.....yup.

Do you not see it as underhanded to claim to be a website construction app that won’t let you use the thing if you come to the table having already purchased your own domain? You don’t mention this requirement in any of the summations of your site. You have to discover it along the way after downloading UniverseAIWebsiteBuilder . Are you a website construction company? Are you a domain registrar? You can be both, but please don’t shake my hand with one arm while hiding the other behind your back and pretending it’s for my benefit. If you were honest and told people they had to register their domain with you in order to use your website building program folks would have the information they need to make an educated decision.

It literally took me 2 minutes to set up the website for my personal project and it looks WAY better and more modern than anything I could’ve created using another provider.

The drag and drop concept is very easy and practical to use. Also love the flexibility of styling options for things like text + the array of blocks I can use.
