What a trashy app..

I tried this app again and it’s still broken. Yes, you can start the meeting recording but as soon as your device screen falls asleep, everything stops and you lose all your meeting notes. I should just use memo record on my iPhone and not even even bother with this and then send it through ChatGPT. Especially for the price they charge you every week.

Accurate and helpful, but overpriced

The app does what it says, mostly. The onboarding makes it seem like it has a lot more features than it actually does. It will record audio and then process that audio into a transcript and a summary. That’s all.
Given that, the pricing seems pretty steep. I know that processing like this costs money, especially for small companies with small user bases, but $7/week or $200/year seems pretty high for what you’re getting. Hopefully the price will come down or they will add a lot more useful features, otherwise I’m not sure I’ll stay a user for very long.
That said, the summary is good and the transcript is accurate. What it does, it does well.
Wishlist:
- Edit the transcript (and reflect those changes in the summary)
- Edit the summary
- Name speakers
- Combine speakers that were actually the same person
- Web or desktop versions
