Contact Sticky Notes App Note Widget Support

I hope you don't ever need help with this application because you won't get it. The very first time I tried using it I had a problem where it was showing I had a note (red circle with a 1 in it by the icon) but I didn't have one... In fact I didn't have any notes at all. I tried getting in touch with the developers and after a few days someone replied to my email. We went back and forth and finally they said they didn't know what was wrong and "maybe it would be corrected on the next update". That was over a couple months ago and I still have that problem. I had even purchased some of the extras, so now I have a program that does not work properly, with developers saying they can't fix it and will now have to delete it so I'm not having to see that note waiting circle every day and I'm out some money as well. I would suggest you get a program where the developers have the knowledge to fix problems if they occur.

As other reviewers mentioned, this is not really a free app (for all practical purposes). It gives users only 3-4 notes for the lifetime usage of the app. I went ahead to pay $0.99 for the unlimited notes purchase, as anyone who really want to use the app would do. This seemed under-handed to get users to pay for profit. It's a negative. Also, the sticky notes can't be arranged to the way I like, simply by dragging them to locations where I want them. The right option tab always gets triggered and all notes get auto arranged on top of each other. This happens whenever you have more than 4-5 notes on the same screen. Overall user experience is fairly poor. I went ahead to delete the app and found another called "abcNotes", which works great. I highly recommend people check it out before paying for this poorly constructed app.

Wow. Why, developers, do you not simply charge for this app before downloading? Why are you misleading potential customers by making it seem like the app is free with optional subscriptions?? I am extremely annoyed. I would gladly pay for an app that I am AWARE I must pay to use, but this? It’s deceitful. I can’t even USE the app without subscribing or agreeing to a “free trial” that I have to remember to cancel after 7 days?? Why isn’t this fact mentioned ANYWHERE pre-download? It’s not even an issue of lack of money at this point. I would simply never give my hard earned money to a group or individual that found it okay to coerce you into paying for a productivity application that appears free... but in reality isn’t. Staying away from this developer in the future!
