Samsung won’t stay connected to my tv
If I’m downloading an app to be the remote for my tv, why would it then make sense to make me have to have the remote to make the remote app work??? Why would I download Samsung if my remote worked???? Useless app.
I have GREAT difficulty in having access to my this app TV through Samsung.
I am amused at a huge company like this app, why they can never develop good applications? They making pretty good hardware.
It tells me that the TV is already registered and it’s just not turned on

And in the right hand top corner, it says allow and I hit allow and I hit all the buttons on the dead gum, remote, and nothing will work and turn it on and there’s no other steps I can do
Samsung has to be allowed by the remote only if I knew where my remote was I would not need Samsung so it’s pointless
The reason I need Samsung is because remote isn’t working.
But, to use Samsung I have to have a working remote to allow access on the tv. Why wouldn’t I want to allow access if I’m trying to use my phone app for the tv!
Therefore, Samsung is USELESS!!!
I've been trying to use the this app TV remote app on my phone to connect to my this app LED43 TV, but it won't connect. Despite multiple attempts, I've given up. Samsung detects my TV as 'this app LED43' and prompts me to ensure the TV is connected to the network, which it is. However, when I select the detected device, Samsung searches for the network again and then reverts back to the device found screen. This loop repeats every time I press 'next.
Got a new service, everything’s on the same network and Samsung doesn’t work anymore. Doesn’t even see the TV any longer.
Deleted, reinstall, etc. nothing.
