I've been trying to use the Samsung TV remote app on my phone to connect to my Samsung LED43 TV, but it won't connect. Despite multiple attempts, I've given up. The app detects my TV as 'Samsung LED43' and prompts me to ensure the TV is connected to the network, which it is. However, when I select the detected device, the app searches for the network again and then reverts back to the device found screen. This loop repeats every time I press 'next.
It does not work

It tells me that the TV is already registered and it’s just not turned on
It is turned on
And in the right hand top corner, it says allow and I hit allow and I hit all the buttons on the dead gum, remote, and nothing will work and turn it on and there’s no other steps I can do

The reason I need the app is because remote isn’t working.
But, to use the app I have to have a working remote to allow access on the tv. Why wouldn’t I want to allow access if I’m trying to use my phone app for the tv!
Therefore, the app is USELESS!!!
