How to fix HeartBeet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HeartBeet app on iPhone
Update HeartBeet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HeartBeet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HeartBeet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HeartBeet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HeartBeet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HeartBeet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HeartBeet App
1. On android, goto Settings » HeartBeet » click [Force Stop]

Update HeartBeet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HeartBeet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HeartBeet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HeartBeet.

Fix HeartBeet unable to contact server/ HeartBeet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HeartBeet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HeartBeet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
