I’m not able to sign in with a message “user not found”. I’ve tried several times.

I too am having trouble logging in. I have tried to set up an account within GirlTREKUnderground, but it tells me also “user not found”. I deleted GirlTREKUnderground and re entered it , but to no avail.

Horrible App
It won’t let you create an account it doesn’t recognize your already existing account

I created an account, and now when logging in I get an error message “invalid credentials” and “null.” I reset password multiple times, and same issue continues. Please advise what to do.

I have a Apple phone and have not been able to use GirlTREKUnderground successfully I can’t get logged in I have reinstalled GirlTREKUnderground several times and have had no success has this happened to any one else I was looking forward to to using GirlTREKUnderground as of today I’ve become frustrated with even trying and I’ve not been able to get any assistance or help to correct it or even to find out what’s the problem no stars rewarded

Love that we now have GirlTREKUnderground. Would love to see an integration with Apple Watch. I love forward to improvement in workout detection as I spent 50 min on a treadmill and did a 30 min amoebic video however it discarded the workout as it didn’t track my movement.

It’s a great app. Are you looking at it connecting to an Apple Watch ?

The richness of the colors and the thoughtfulness that went into the design have e excited to walk each day! Looking forward to future editions when more features will be added. Great place to track my daily treks!

GirlTREKUnderground is a game changer. I love the daily affirmations and the encouraging messages. It’s amazing seeing so many women earning badges. I can’t wait to earn my first badge.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a app to track your miles while giving you love and support.

GirlTREKUnderground is amazing. My favorite is the trekker trailhead page.

First release is amazing. feels welcoming and offers inspiring messages from trekkers in the field. I feel connected to everyone.

I’m super excited that GirlTREK finally has GirlTREKUnderground for us to feel connected to the millions of black women worldwide that are walking in beautiful neighborhoods, communities, parks, historic sites, cites, mountains, etc and now able to share their experiences here in a safe space for black women!!! A judgement free zone! And GirlTREKUnderground has worked fine for me, just wish it could prompt me to start and stop on its on when I start walking like my Apple Watch or connect to it that would be cool! But great job GirlTREK!!! I am inspired to keep walking!!!

At my last endocrinologist appt, the dr notified me that my HbA1C now falls in the “pre-diabetic” range. She mentioned that if that number does not improve, then she will consider starting me on medication. I asked her what happens when a person has elevated levels of cortisol; she replied that “it can impact your sleep, your blood pressure and blood sugar.” If she had asked me about my stress, perhaps she could’ve seen the correlation. I mentioned to her several times that I was a dementia care partner to my 87 y.o. mother-in-law; perhaps she would’ve realized why that number was higher than the last lab work result taken in Feb 2024.

Made some lifestyle changes after that visit, and continuing to work on other behaviors that impact my sleep.

Walking (especially after a meal) really helps to lower my blood sugar numbers.

So thankful for GirlTREKUnderground and how it is motivating the consistency in my SELF-CARE by going out for a 30 min walk 5 days a week! I LOVE earning badges and seeing them come together in the quilt! I look forward to seeing the day’s “asphalt affirmation” when GirlTREKUnderground loads.

KUDOS to all those who had input on getting GirlTREKUnderground together! Thank you for getting an update to fix to “always run in the background” settings. Keep up the great work! 🙌🏾🥰
