When I use the credentials on the website, they work. When I use the credentials in PrismONE , they don’t. What gives?
PrismONE is by far the worst app of attempted to use,wow this is for work purposes.
Just try and signup and create an account..
Keeps telling me TRY AGAIN LATER after all info is correct even when it sends you your code to your phone after that step is where am asked to TRY AGAIN
QR code scanning doesn’t work at all, it’s just a black box and I’ve verified camera permissions are correct.
PrismONE is worthless and so is the desktop site. Can’t clock in or see benefits info. The HR department sees no urgency in fixing problems and communication sucks!!
You have a better chance of shoving an antenna up your butt and aiming it into the air than being able to use this pointless app
For some reason I can’t access my money from my check.. it doesn’t give me the option to transfer it or anything I’ve logged in on computer,scanned QR code, uninstalled reinstalled still no work.
It’s telling me to scan a QR code that’s on my phone. How it that possible if I’m using the phone to view the message.

app requires you to scan a QR code on a different device, but PrismONE will not let your camera focus so you can't scan and login. don't waste your time on PrismONE, just use the browser. they obviously don't listen to review feedback as this seems to be a reoccurring issue.
why on earth do i have to scan a qr code every time i want to log in?
Whats the point of an app if you have to scan a QR code from a browser to login? At that point, I'll just use the browser. Completely pointless app.
Get rid of the QR code and let users sign in using their re360 login info.
I can’t get past the QR code because I don’t have another device to scan the code from. You need to understand that people such as myself were accessing the web portal through their web browser on their phone and not assume they have another computer, phone, tablet they can use to sign in on. Also scanning a QR requires giving PrismONE access to my camera which I do not want to do.
Love the new app. I installed it quickly and easily. You do need to be logged into your account on a computer. Once in, works great.
