How to fix Spark app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spark app on iPhone
Update Spark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spark Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spark not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spark App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spark » click [Force Stop]

Update Spark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spark App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spark » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spark.

Fix Spark unable to contact server/ Spark internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spark » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spark » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
