Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Yomo app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Yomo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yomo app on iPhone
Update Yomo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yomo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yomo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yomo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Yomo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yomo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Yomo app issues:

Force Stop the Yomo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Yomo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Yomo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yomo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Yomo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Yomo.

Fix Yomo unable to contact server/ Yomo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Yomo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Yomo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yomo on android.
