Worst ever, does not download, freezing up, wasting of time and money.

I can’t open any of the templates. I ended up paying for a full year without realizing it and now I can’t even use Frames . Avoid paying for this at all cost!

Gets stuck on the export/preview screen. I can take screenshots faster than waiting for Frames to get its life together. I dislike the way I can not choose the aspect ratio of the this app. Everything is set to 1:1 or square considering social media accepts several other aspect ratios.

My carousel project doesn’t save to your photos! I wasted so much time creating this for nothing.

I’ve tried to export my project at least 10 times. It will not show up in my photos so I can post on social. Help

Spent time working on a project just for me to come back to it and it’s deleted. There is nowhere that you can save unfinished projects.

I bought a membership and it still doesn’t let me save my collage. Completely scammed me

Unshaded Frames to make stories and collages on Instagram. After the update none of the templates open. I don’t want to make AI clips I bought Frames for something different

I HATE Frames. I spent many hours working on a collage post of 10 slides and it crashed. Twice. When I tried again I really thought it wouldn’t crash again BUT IT DID AND I WANT TO CRY.

What a let down to transition to a AI Video app.. I mean why not just keep this app for photos and have an AI addition. You can still “access” the old this app but all templates are disabled.. so disappointing.. just keep both

App was a great app that helped me add two photos side by side and great layouts while keeping the quality of images and now it’s some ai thing and the old version doesn’t load up any templates. Super frustrating and highly disappointed.

None of the templates are customizable. There is no free form crop. If you try to trim one side of the photo, the other side mirrors it. The amount of carousel templates is unimpressive. Frames Doesnt seem to be for real photographers. For $40 a month i would prefer something where I can plug in the amount of photos i have, and build a template based upon how many verticals vs how many horizontals.

Was hoping this would save me some time vs photoshop, but after day two i am deleting.
