I paid for digital card and had to install new app. Couldn’t login to it with existing login credentials. Had to register again and received an email in Chinese language saying that I need to verify my email. It really looks like spam email and I didn’t want to click on the link. Now I have no way to get my digital card.

I’ve had an IATA card with my new host agency for 8 years and somehow IDCardBenefits figured out a way to pull incorrect information onto my current card from a prior host and combine it with correct information. 🤦🏻♀️ I cannot fix it and there’s no way to get in touch with them. The other app worked so much better.
I actually don’t understand the purpose of IDCardBenefits. It shows a digital card but nowhere in my profile or in IDCardBenefits is my card. It’s totally useless
App doesn’t accept my login. I attempted to reset my password even though I know it’s correct. The forgot password” doesn’t work. Tech support left me hold forever. Useless.
Cannot login this new app. Keeps advising me that I need to accept being tracked while using. I don’t want to be tracked. I want access to my information. Totally useless.
Just when you thought couldn’t make a worse app than the previous app, they come out with this gem. Can’t even log in.
Been trying to log in for weeks and I constantly get an error message saying there’s an issue with my card. There’s nothing wrong with my card. IDCardBenefits doesn’t work!
I can’t even give this a star. You can’t reach anyone, they didn’t send emails to notify the agency’s employees of these changes and now I can’t even log in. As an employee of an airline, is this really living up to your mission statement?
I’m able to login but my digital card is distorted and you can’t read the important information. I’ve gone back and forth with tech support and they can’t fix it. They say the issue is on my side. I gave up.
The old app worked. This one just gives an error. I’ve submitted a support request there’s no response. If you renew your iata card get the digital+physical option because this digital option doesn’t work.
