Terrible app

I paid for digital card and had to install new app. Couldn’t login to it with existing login credentials. Had to register again and received an email in Chinese language saying that I need to verify my email. It really looks like spam email and I didn’t want to click on the link. Now I have no way to get my digital card.
Incorrect and outdated information

I’ve had an IATA card with my new host agency for 8 years and somehow this app figured out a way to pull incorrect information onto my current card from a prior host and combine it with correct information. 🤦🏻♀️ I cannot fix it and there’s no way to get in touch with them. The other app worked so much better.
Paid for my digital card that I can’t access

The old app worked. This one just gives an error. I’ve submitted a support request there’s no response. If you renew your iata card get the digital+physical option because this digital option doesn’t work.
