Whenever I use FBBenefits I become frustrated to the point that I eventually give up and not use my membership anywhere. The "find nearby" is so absurdly slow to load that it is impossible to use. The category search often gives inaccurate locations for the benefits i.e. Saying there are 3 pizza ranches with different discounts and all within 3 miles of me.
I really like this company, the service I've received as one of their customers has been great. FBBenefits on the other hand, is horrendous and I hope that it will be fixed soon.

Won't allow you to enter farm bureau member number??? No support.
The keyboard does not allow you to enter your member number.

Wow… Bizarre. You can type in your member number but there's no way to enter it. What's the secret? Or did someone just goof?
Once logged in the member benefits just don't load, the maps don't load and I am paying my $65 membership fee with no way to use it. Crap crap crap. Needs to be fixed.
Just switched to Farm Bureau and wanted to use FBBenefits and tried to enter my member number but I couldn't. Hope they fix it soon!
I'm trying to work with my agent to see why it is saying my account isn't active. I will update my review once that is figured out.
I would use FBBenefits more if the log in didn’t require that I have to use my member number. Almost always when I go to use FBBenefits , I don’t have my member card right in front of me. I don’t have my number memorized, so therefore I end up not using FBBenefits . Please change this to let users set their own user name for log in purposes!
Down loaded it yesterday, so far it is very slow, to the point of being unusable. Don't know if it will improve, I hope so.

I like how easy it is to navigate through FBBenefits. It does have a few glitches at times but I think they will be worked out in the near future.

I knew my membership had a ton of good benefits but when I see it on the map it's pretty amazing. Very handy for traveling, too, to take advantage of good discounts. And used the membership card component yesterday to show my membership. Thanks!
