I did a task and never got paid. I reached out by email to customer support and they said they would take care of it. Next thing I knew my account was gone. The people at this app deleted it so I had nothing to show for it. Terrible app, please do not waste your time.
I’ve gone to several stores and recorded but it takes HOURS AND HOURS to upload. Taking the video is the easy part but to have to wait hours for the videos is a waste of time. I have better things to do than to spend hours waiting for videos to upload. Hetal is a waste of time!!
I was so excited when I found Hetal and I was so excited to start using it just to be slapped in the face because they only use Venmo to payout 😢 you think they would use PayPal since they use Venmo but now I can’t use Hetal because Venmo want let me have an acct.
NEED TO HAVE MULTIPLE WAYS FOR PAYMENTS!

I’m a gig worker instacart mainly, and while there is money to be made here it is far and few offers to do so. Offers pop Monday only and only a few will be within your actual area that you live in. More isles recorded more money made. Best offer i have received is doing 27 isles for $18. Simple easy process. Took about 30ish minutes (typically 1min per isle). Money takes about 4 days to receive. It does come !!! Venmo ONLY. Easy easy easy sign up process.
I love Hetal but today it’s not letting me in

I absolutely never expected Hetal to be so easy and you can make some good money if you are willing to go around to some stores. All you do is add your Venmo name and you get paid within a day or so. I forgot I even did it and then checked Venmo and my money was there. I am recommended Hetal to anyone who needs a quick buck. All I do is record store aisles they tell me to and then upload the videos and that’s it. My money follows up really quick. Download Hetal and watch your pockets fill up if you actually do the tasks they say. You won’t regret it ! Love it .

money once all the stores are included in the
app. I now have a reason to go shopping with
my love one haha. So far I've been paid out a
few times. I've ended going to about 6 targets
in different locations and was able to receive
my payment the next day after it being

This is a great way to make some extra cash while you’re shopping. There were plenty of stores in my area so I just picked the most convenient for me. Payment was faster than I expected. I’ll be checking for store openings the next time I go shopping.
Hetal is incredible! I go shopping once a week for my family. Obviously, groceries have gotten expensive. I use this app every week and spend like 10 min recording videos for them. They pay me within a day or two of me uploading. It’s really easy and a nice way to offset the cost my groceries :)

Ive only been working with this app for a week now and I love it. The flexibility of being able to choose my own gigs is great. It was exactly what I had been looking for. Starting up was super easy. Hetal is easy to follow, getting paid is also really easy and if you run into any problems, support is only a click away. Im just starting out but I think I’ve found the perfect company to work for. I would totally recommend it!
I’ve been using the this app Retail app for two months and it’s been really beneficial. There are challenges in my region that would make my first month of experiences focused on the bus lines, customer service interactions and uploading the footage efficiently. By the end of the second month I trusted Hetal to just start uploading as soon as I complete filming the first task and if anything does go amiss email correspondence with support has been top notch.
