I am absolutely furious. It seems to me 5 Surveys collects as much information as possible without paying a dime. I have been timed out or screened out or whatever from almost every survey I have participated in, and as it's being completed!!! Not in the beginning, not in the middle, but at the very last moment. My time is valuable and it has been wasted on this app... over and over again. If you get halfway through a survey you've spent a chunk of your time on you should not be refused at least partial payment unless you're giving obvious bullshit answers. I am honest, thorough and considerate of your time and money but I've been treated the opposite. I stayed up all night to participate in one of your game offers. Took about 12 hours. I was just about to get a little compensation for it and was planning to complete the entire offer. This afternoon I look at the app and it told me the offer is now over. This was not in line with the allotted time and was conveniently premature. I expect to be compensated for my effort and effort I've diligently put in over the past few months in some way or I will be deleting the app and telling as many people as I can not to consider using it. It will just waste your time you could be spending with a legitimate money making app. Seems like you guys have fake reviews too. You can tell the real ones right away and they're a lot like mine. I don't wanna hear any excuses or reasons, like you don't have control over such things. You have full control over the whole format. Who is employed to screen and who isn't. This should be monitored as I see a lot of people are really pissed off. Once again... gift card, venmo whatever but im not interested in hearing anything in the way of excuses. Just an apology and some fair compensation. Like at least 50 bucks. Im not afraid to raise hell with the management. I'll be waiting to hear from you.

Technically speaking, you MIGHT be able to earn $5 for free by just completing five surveys. But it’s more likely that you will start, maybe even do 90% of 50 surveys just to get the “$5 reward”. I put that in quotes because while the reward will show up in the app, the claim that you can instantly cash out is completely false. I spent probably four hours starting and getting filtered out of surveys before finally completing five, I had to close and restart the app every time I completed a survey for it to register on the counter at the top of the app that tracks your progress, but I did it! I earned the $5 reward. However, once I went to cash out, that reward disappeared into the abyss. Allegedly they send you an email to claim the reward (why you can’t just directly link your Venmo, PayPal, etc, is beyond me, but that isn’t an option) within five minutes, however I never received any email with the reward. I tried sending them an inquiry through the “ask a question” feature in the app, and I promptly got an email with a link for tracking my query. I didn’t get an actual response, help, or the reward. So overall, don’t waste your time, it’s a scam for free market research, you aren’t going to get paid.

I made $15 from this app. Had it sent via a bank transfer and was told by my bank that you they don’t accept transfers from merchants outside of the US. I thought, no problem, I’ll PayPal instead. Now since I already cashed out via ACH (bank transfer), my money has been missing for over two weeks and I keep hearing the same things from support. “Give it time” and “It will arrive by July 30th.” No, it won’t BECAUSE I have received emails FROM Five Surveys saying that the transfer ALREADY FAILED. Still, I MUST wait until July 30th, to very likely be told to try again, and wait until the later date. Such a waste of my time. I’m starting to doubt I’ll ever receive my money from this app. I seriously just want a PayPal credit instead, but it can’t be reversed because I chose ACH transfer. It’s always “contact my bank.” I ALREADY DID. They told me to contact Five Surveys and get a credit. Apparently I can’t.

I’ve been using this app for a little over 5 months and there are some serious issues that need to be fixed…… firstly your first $5 will definitely be guaranteed BUT it seems after you get you first $5, the survey duration is EXTREME, from 5-15 minute surveys to 25-45 minutes surveys that end up kicking you halfway through and possibly at the end right before you finish the survey (which has happened to me multiple times). I have caught them multiple times and sent SCREENSHOTS to customer service, which was useless because they literally give you robot automated responses that are literally NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Their hasn’t been any available surveys in the past 48 hours and unironically I have one survey to go yet they’re adding one survey for me to try at a time, the last 10 surveys I’ve tried TIMED ME OUT EVERY SINGLE TIME, doesn’t seem like a coincidence to me, it seems like they make surveys longer, harder, and and they time out. I guarantee once I FINALLY get it there will be 50+ surveys ready to complete. THEY’RE SCAMMING.
