**Scam Alert: Deceptive Practices and Zero Customer Support** This company is a complete scam! They lure you in with big promises, but once you've paid, it’s all downhill. You can’t even talk to a real person—every interaction is handled by AI, which does nothing to resolve issues or address concerns. It’s impossible to get any help or accountability. To make matters worse, they hide their terms until after you’ve paid, so you’re stuck with no recourse when they don’t deliver what they promised. They offer no solutions, no refunds, and no human contact. It’s all just a ploy to take your money without providing the services they advertise. Avoid this company at all costs. I’ll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and spreading the word to prevent others from being scammed. Don’t fall for their deceptive tactics!
If you actually scroll and read the reviews, it appears that they are all AI generated fake reviews.

They will not honor they’re satisfaction guarantee . Also It’s not compatible for anyone interested in accessible learning. You will be required to read each and every single lesson. Each one is more superficial than the last. It’s pretty much like somebody decided to use ChatGPT to make a course about AI. Then they created an application to layout the information they learn from Chat GPT.

The best part of this experience is I’m dyslexic so when I reach out to them for a refund because their app is not accessibility friendly. They told me that I am required to complete 21 days worth of their coursework in order to apply for a refund. So even though I literally can’t digest the information. they refused to give me a refund unless I suffered through 21 of their courses. So not only is this platform not accessibility compliant. But they also do not uphold their original guarantee.

Once again, do not waste your money. You can learn all this information from ChatGPT self. It will actually read it to you. How on earth do you design the learning tool these days without being accessibility compliant?? And then to refuse a refund because somebody is literally unable to use your program. It’s clear that your only concern is ripping people off.

It’s a scam and a waste of money!!!! They ask you all these questions and once you finish after you pay, they’re supposed to send an email to setup your account. They never send the email and then you can’t even access an account, and when you put forgot password it won’t send you any link, because there’s no account on file, but the services were paid for. Then when you ask for your money back, they quickly send their bot to respond to that, but won’t respond to you after that!!!!

Not advanced, very superficial information. They have you sign up for a weekly/monthly membership then proceed to add a ton of additional fees in order to go deeper. Not transparent or honest. I paid thinking I was getting something very different and useful. Hopefully you won’t make the same mistake.

Also, they route you to their website to purchase which means that you are not protected by the same ethics as in Coursiv Store. This means they won’t issue a refund. Do yourself a favor and find better coursework elsewhere.

I subscribed to the trial for $19 then continued exploring the website and clicked on “ChatGPT” to see what it said about it…this automatically added that to my cart! Mind you…after I completed the first purchase so I never authorized a second charge they charged me simply by clicking on it because they already had my debit card info an additional $50!!! I immediately emailed them saying that I did not want to subscribe to that aspect of their course and did not authorize them to charge my card. Their customer support was not understanding at all and denied me a refund. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my $70 back. As someone who struggles a lot financially I pursued coursive as a way to change that but instead they charged me a ton of money and were very unhelpful in fixing the problem. The subscription options and purchase options should be a lot more clear on their website!

This is a complete falsely advertised course! No no, do not buy it. Not only it doesn’t teach you anything you can’t get your money back as well. They make you write reasons for a refund then they deny it. PayPal makes it easy for them as well. This is a corrupt company. You have to give them all the right reasons so they could refund your money back but when you simply say that you’re just not happy with the information it’s not enough for them. This is a scam!

Wish I would have read the reviews for Coursiv instead of downloading from their website. Super basic info that doesn’t really teach you the specifics of things. Definitely not worth the ridiculous amount they charged. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one. Don’t waste your money or time on Coursiv/site.

Do not purchase! Do not pass go! They hide the fact that you are Required to a pay a subscription after you already pay to access your 4 week plan. Then they try and hide behind “they refund at their discretion”, it’s a Scam! Through and through!

Update!: Tried with multiple emails with your “support team”, your bot 🤖 support team responds with “sorry we can’t help with a refund but please let us know if we can help”. Coursiv is a joke, your 5 star reviews are fake accounts and employees.

this app is only good if you like copy paste learning. It won’t get you anywhere with actually learning and applying knowledge. Oh and if you goof and buy a month on their website and call them on bad content: no refund for you unless you give them 21 days of your life and you have no special needs (personal reasons) or financial reasons (wanting your money back for a bad product) and if you want to waste your time explaining everything that would make it right to them. What a joke for a “money back guarantee” product. Buyer Beware!

It was not clear upon signing up that this was for AI learning and also not clear that I was signing up for a subscription. When I told them my last subscription charge would put my family and I in a hardship without food or gas and I wasn’t aware i had a subscription I needed to cancel, they initially came off as unconcerned and focused only on policy. However, after further negotiation, they were able to be flexible and return some of my money given my concerns. It may take some time, but you’ll likely get your needs met if you’re willing to engage proactively. I’ve certainly had worse customer relations experiences.

As a beginner, I love how this is not written In technical jargon that goes over my head. They are addressing the audience in a respectful, direct way and I greatly appreciate it… especially since I am not an IT specialist. I also appreciate how one step builds up to another. It’s easy to follow along.

Years ago, when I was a 9 year old kid back in the 90’s, my computer teacher in school ones told me: “ The internet is going to change the world and people will make money off of it, people will use its services to do what we do nowadays daily but on the internet, work, shopping, you’ll see”.

I never believed him; or maybe I did not want to, I missed the opportunity to jump in early back then.
But now, AI is like the internet back in the 90’s, Prompts is the new coding( coding is still important though). I will NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I did back then and take advantage of what AI’s got to offer today 2024.

I’ve only completed two lessons this far and I’m excited to learn more. At first I was hesitant to spend the money for this course but I am truly glad I did. I’ve learned so much within these first few lesson and I anticipate my Ai growth by the ending of the 4-weeks. I’d definitely recommend you invest in these skills.

I love this concept of being able to learn, and earn. I’ve been a natural born sales man my whole life. I invent new concepts, like take for example. I knew that in the Trucking Industry the light loads up to 26,000 lbs had a market. I worked for Hyperloop ( Elon Musk ) owned company. I filled the market nobody was serving. I have a natural ability for marketing. For example… I used a popular Online Platform to advertise for work. I would post pictures of jobs I completed. I have taken other courses. And this app makes it simple and easy to learn. Other folks want to talk about the AI fade however this app actually allows you to be hands on. Talking to your crowd vs hands on is a big difference for me. Yes there is constant reading. However I took a liking as I’m learning other topics with learning AI with this app. Pretty good course for beginners.

I’m starting on Coursiv, and I’m really liking it. I mean there’s a lot of info that maybe we do know but we just don’t put it to action.

Coursiv provides a clear and concise way to explain a simple and concept to a new start up business. It walks you along where to start and how to introduce yourself to your consumer. Definitely, informative in that sense so far. It’s a 5 star!

I’m new to ai and social media, but I understand that it’s important to learn now. I had no idea that I would need to learn how to tell ai what I want. I’m very glad that I’m going through these classes though because I never would have figured out these things on my own.

The way the lessons were set out and the information covered has helped me because I am still learning! Freelancing seems like a good option but can get overwhelming in the beginning! So starting with the basics and moving forward is very helpful!

So much information on Coursiv with a breakdown of everything in language that everyday people will understand. No tech savvy requirement to complete the lessons in Coursiv . I have had Coursiv for two weeks and am learning something new every time I go through the lessons. I have used the information from the lessons to improve what I already do in my full time job.

This is really easy to learn I work a full time job and still have time to complete the lessons I look forward to mastering AI one day
