Hello, I hate that I have to waste time on this matter, but I have been charged twice for one class that i signed up for. Which was for $19.99 that I paid via PayPal. Then I saw where Coursiv charged me again at $69.00 when i was actually prompted to pay $49.00 for an upgrade which i declined. I only wanted the $19 course to see if I like the course, then I might have tried the Upgrade if I liked the initial course. In any case I would like for you to refund the $69 and remove my account from the Upgrade (which I did not choose) . Thanks for your cooperation.

It’s a scam and a waste of money!!!! They ask you all these questions and once you finish after you pay, they’re supposed to send an email to setup your account. They never send the email and then you can’t even access an account, and when you put forgot password it won’t send you any link, because there’s no account on file, but the services were paid for. Then when you ask for your money back, they quickly send their bot to respond to that, but won’t respond to you after that!!!!

Not advanced, very superficial information. They have you sign up for a weekly/monthly membership then proceed to add a ton of additional fees in order to go deeper. Not transparent or honest. I paid thinking I was getting something very different and useful. Hopefully you won’t make the same mistake.
Also, they route you to their website to purchase which means that you are not protected by the same ethics as in the App Store. This means they won’t issue a refund. Do yourself a favor and find better coursework elsewhere.

This is a complete falsely advertised course! No no, do not buy it. Not only it doesn’t teach you anything you can’t get your money back as well. They make you write reasons for a refund then they deny it. PayPal makes it easy for them as well. This is a corrupt company. You have to give them all the right reasons so they could refund your money back but when you simply say that you’re just not happy with the information it’s not enough for them. This is a scam!
