Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Learnova app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Learnova app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Learnova app on iPhone
Update Learnova app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Learnova iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Learnova on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Learnova network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Learnova app issues:

Force Stop the Learnova App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Learnova app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Learnova to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Learnova App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Learnova app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Learnova.

Fix Learnova unable to contact server/ Learnova internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Learnova » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Learnova » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Learnova on android.
