Paid for a week subscription. Initially, it wouldn’t send a fax. The software is so poorly written that it doesn’t recognize when a subscription has been purchased. Finally, I was able to log in, but then the fun really began. The fax was 4 pages long and it took more than 30 minutes to upload/transmit and then stayed at 99% for a very long time only to fail. I have tried twice so far and it has failed every time. Also, it seems like when the screen goes blank, it slows down even more and then when I wake up the screen, it starts progressing at a faster pace (still a snail’s pace though). I’ve never been more frustrated with a piece of software. I STRONGLY encourage others to look elsewhere. I should have recognized that there were only 23 reviews. It was a total waste of time and money.

What I love about this app is the ability to choose the country and area code of the fax number. I created an account and purchased a subscription. The app signed me out and when I went to sign back in, it told me there was no account connected my to email. I double checked my apple receipt and bank account, and the debit processed. If I entered my email, it was as if I was creating a new account. I tried to contact support through the app, but the submit button didn’t work. So I had to request a refund through apple.
I decided to see what would happen if I “created” a new account, and sure enough, my “old” account was there with my subscription. Too bad I had already cancelled my subscription through apple and it’s still pending.
So when you purchase a subscription, and the app logs you out: just act as if you’re creating a new account. That’s how it signs you back in. Unfortunately, there’s no way to contact anyone because the submit button doesn’t work. You click it 1,000 times and nothing happens. I’d rather pay a comparable price with another app that has the ability to connect w customer service.
