How to fix Time-lapse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Time-lapse app on iPhone
Update Time-lapse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Time-lapse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Time-lapse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Time-lapse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Time-lapse Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Time-lapse not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Time-lapse App
1. On android, goto Settings » Time-lapse » click [Force Stop]

Update Time-lapse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Time-lapse App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Time-lapse » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Time-lapse.

Fix Time-lapse unable to contact server/ Time-lapse internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Time-lapse » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Time-lapse » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
