I have tried to put the opening ceremony tickets to resell and the all never shows the option to do it. It only works for other types of events. I have tried to delete, update and logout from the application but it is still not working. I see people on Facebook reselling tickets. How is this possible?

Endless loop takes you to download Paris2024Tickets instead of allowing you to retrieve tickets.
Even after clicking the claim link in the email I received, nothing. No tickets is Paris2024Tickets .
Let’s hope the other aspects of the games organization are better

I purchased tickets/hospitality more than a month ago. I have registered online and completed the invitation for guests section. However my tickets (invitations) still do not show up online or on the mobile app!!!!!
The games start less than three weeks and I am flying from the U.S. and spent loads of money for these tickets. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP!!!!

Most convoluted ticket process I have ever seen. Paid, waiting for weeks, half our tickets showed and the other half didn’t. They don’t answer emails, hold times are 45 minutes plus (could be longer no one ever picked up the call)

This site is overrated, if Zero stars were an option, this site would receive many.

EPIC FAIL!!!!!!

Among many other issues noted by reviewers, Paris2024Tickets is not allowing me to list my tickets for resale. When I try to list them, Paris2024Tickets opens a blank splash page, which I cannot interact with or open in a browser. Resale is apparently only available through Paris2024Tickets , so listing them on a desktop browser is not an option. What a debacle.

The entire Paris Olympics digital experience has been a disaster from start to finish. Paris2024Tickets does not service Hospitality packages. It only brings you to a browser page where you can only access tickets purchased from “Ticketing” which doesn’t include Hospitality packages. Just give me a mobile ticket like Ticketmaster or anyone else. This is garbage.

There is very little time for them to get this fixed. I leave in 2 days and can’t access any digital tickets on anything now, and my hospitality tickets aren’t showing up on Paris2024Tickets at all. Supposed to be going to opening ceremonies, but have to do something by the time I fly out. Not happy………

I am unable to understand how it is that hospitality tickets are more difficult to access than standard tickets! I purchased my ticket a month or so ago and have done everything I was asked to do and I have yet to receive the ticket. Where is it?!? It is almost time for the games and I cannot understand why or how this is happening. Surely there has to be a easier way

I have been trying to get access to tickets transferred to me for weeks. Customer service asks for the same information over and over that they already have access to in my profile. Their only suggestions are “try it again”. It is crazy to me that there is no alternative to using their app given how terrible it is. This is a bad look on the whole ticketing process FOR THE OLYMPICS.

We have spoken on the phone multiple times to the hospitality ticket people. To speak with someone is over an hour wait on the phone each time.
They say we "should" see the tickets to show up in Paris2024Tickets , "later today". Still nothing shows up. Very low confidence in Paris2024Tickets. I see a message saying Paris2024Tickets needs to be updated for 5 straight days. Yet, there is no update available.
Wow, if Paris2024Tickets crashes it is going to be a disaster.

Some tickets were delivered. Other tickets were not delivered. After hour-long waits, people would answer the phone up to last week. I called a dozen times. Every time they end the call without solving the issue, and the follow up emails don’t even address the subject of the problem. The phones now go without answer. I have friends now trying to get into stadium for first soccer games waiting hours at the onsite ticketing office to try and fix yet different problems. Cannot imagine a worse experience with this

Paris2024Tickets and the ticketing and seating situation at the Paris Olympics is absolutely pathetic. When ordering seats, you have virtually no idea where you’ll be sitting. There are general A, B, C, etc. zones around the venue on a map. But your $500 seat could end up in a corner of the court with almost no view. You have no way to select or choose amongst the seats at that price. I’ve never seen something so stupid.
Further, when reselling, you’re charged in multiple ways both for buying and selling the tickets — which cannot be sold at a premium. While I appreciate this dissuades scalpers, at the very minimum you should be able to recover all your cost for the sale of the tickets — including fees.
Developers and planner should be ashamed of this platform. It’s ludicrous. And there’s nothing the consumer can do about it.

Several months ago I purchased tickets using the website and received email confirmation. I downloaded the ticket app 2-months ago, checking every other day for the tickets to appear- and they still are not in my tickets account! I have sent emails trying to get help and tried to reach a customer service rep. The email responses are no help- they are merely a “copy and paste” answer from the FAQ’s. I have called and have been waiting on hold for more than 30-minutes every time I call, and unable to speak to a person as the phone is never answered! Please help. The tickets cost thousands of Euros and I cannot find them. Paris 2024 Tickets has my email address from my original order, as they send me promotional emails weekly, so I know I have to be in their database!

That’s what happened to me! Thank you for solving that mystery. I tried for DAYS to buy an OC ticket. No one could help me and NO ONE explained the problem!! Now, all my previous paid for orders have disappeared out of my account! They were there in April and now they are gone.

Devrloper: Can you please advise me as to how I retrieve my order/tickets?
They have disappeared.
The order was there in April, now it says I have no orders.
I have written customer support. I have forced a log out.
I have reopened Paris2024Tickets .
Nothing seems to be working.
Can you help me?

Couple of weeks ago, I bought a ticket to the closing ceremony and paid big bucks for it. It said that I would get to see my exact seats sometime in June so I went back periodically to see if that happened yet. well yesterday I went back in and all of a sudden it says my ticket has been sold/canceled!

Hey I didn’t see a resell option on Paris2024Tickets at all.

It can’t be more confusing than this. Tickets is different from hospitality which is different from guest registration.

Paris2024Tickets only show tickets from Tickets, nothing on hospitality. Guest registration website is missing a ticket.

No resale option as in Jun 12.

When contacting support they pretty much copy and paste website without going to the details that we asked about such as “where is my ticket??!” It is on hospitality, it is not on guest registration, so I can’t invite/transfer to myself.

Can’t get passed the download Paris2024Tickets screen. Is this a problem with the Apple interface? My friends on other phones aren’t having this issue.

When you select tickets (new or resale or souvenir tickets) in Paris2024Tickets , when you attempt to make the purchase, Paris2024Tickets takes you to a desktop website experience within Paris2024Tickets . The problem with this is that after entering credit card info, a pop-up window for credit card fraud prevention - similar to what you would see on a desktop website - attempts to open within Paris2024Tickets . But in Paris2024Tickets , the fraud prevention window cannot be displayed (maybe it uses Adobe Flash technology which is incompatible on iOS). So you cannot complete the purchase. A solution would be to have the option to complete the purchase with Apple Pay, but Paris2024Tickets stupidly does not allow Apple Pay as a payment option.

When in Paris2024Tickets I request to download my tickets it takes me to Paris2024Tickets Store to open Paris2024Tickets . When I click open it takes me to a page that takes me back to Paris2024Tickets Store. I’m caught in an endless loop!

Can’t transfer or rename tickets, buttons in Paris2024Tickets do not react or flow. Support is unresponsive.

Can’t retrieve tickets that have been transferred to me.

Paris2024Tickets does not give me the options to sell, and it does not fall into the transferred or offer tickets.

I should have the option to sell, but apparently since they are ceremony opening tickets, I have to wait until middle of June for me to sell?! Who will buy my tickets by then?

Resell was expected to happen in mid-June, but Paris2024Tickets doesn’t allow me to put my opening ceremony tickets on sell.

I was concerned about being scammed due to the large number of poor reviews. I’m a US based customer and I don’t speak French, so I was weary. Creating the account was easy and didn’t ask for any extraneous information and the “claim links” worked appropriately. Seems legit enough.

I received an email from Paris 2024 ticketing and a link to claim the hospitality tickets. According to the email, once I click the link, I should be able to see the tickets in Paris2024Tickets . But I don’t see them. I called On Location customer service, and tried reinstalling Paris2024Tickets , turning on and off airplane mode, nothing works. The customer representative guessed that it may take a day for the ticket to show. I waited for a day and still no tickets in Paris2024Tickets .

In the end, it turns out that the issue is that I clicked the link from email on my PC. If I open the email from my phone where Paris2024Tickets is installed, everything works. For this confusion, I give Paris2024Tickets a lower rating than 5. The instruction should make it clear that the claim process has to be performed on the same phone where Paris2024Tickets is installed.

So far so good, I was able to log in to retrieve my ticket! I did buy my ticket from a reseller so I hope it is valid!

When I downloaded Paris2024Tickets , all my purchased tickets populated Paris2024Tickets automatically. The ticket information is very complete. My daughter transferred me a ticket that she had purchased for an event, and that too populated Paris2024Tickets perfectly.

The entire purchasing experience has been seamless, and Paris2024Tickets has been working great with ease of use and function.

... with the endearing Gallic quirk of switching to French unexpectedly ... though I was easily able to toggle back to English. Downloaded quickly, easy log-in to my online account, automatically retrieved all of my tickets correctly, and allowed me to sell some tickets on the resale market very easily.
