Attempted to purchase two season passes for our grandson's JV basketball games, advertised on the app for approx. $79 each. The invoices stated "season pass", but something went worn with their processing and we actually only received one ticket each, for just one game. They charge about $7 for one game, but we were charged for two season passes. I emailed GoFan support, but they just waved it off saying we only purchased two tickets. When I pointed out the invoices said "season pass" so they clearly overcharged me by $144 they simply replied "we don't set the prices, that's done by the venue." So I've disputed the charges through our credit card company, but it's causing way more hassle than it should. It's clear GoFan is out to take your money any way they can.
