I want to determine the sales price of the tickets myself

In London 2012 we get Information, Information and Information with our tickets. Special for going to Entrance, like no Electric Equipment, bottle, food, bags, and and…
Why to get one hour before, what to do for Security checks and so on. Where are this Informations??
This App is only the same as the Internet sites only smaller. And you get at most the links to this Internetsite.

The tickets sont display. If them Late. Support is helping sometimes. I have hospitality: It is close now. I Tool 90 min to find my Ticket. Now I have no toilettes and no Food. Really bad

I bought my Gold hospitality ticket already last year.
At the homepage I can get my invoice and all is confirmed.
No ticket to retrieve in the app.
Uninstalled the app several times
Nobody is answering the hotline number located in London for Germany!!! No response to an email so fare…
Hope it will be solved the next days and the nightmare is over

Transfer doesnt work. I tried via Mail an WhatsApp. No Chance. Only a link to Guide you to the App.

I purchased the most expensive hospitality ticket category online with a new account. Looks like I can‘t use the exact same account to login to the app. I was prompted to create another one with the same email address. However, NO tickets show up and there is no way to enter the confirmation number or anything. A nightmare for VIP guests! A simple wallet ticket or PDF would be 100x better. What a waste of resources and money to build this app

I do not see my officially purchased tickets in the app. Support is not helpful!

The transfer doesn‘t work. The link only says download the app, but the app was downloaded before and nothing happened.

I got SMS and should download this app for my tickets, it works with app-download and installation.

But, with the same account and password I can only login on web version, but not within the app. I always get the “ An error occurred.” and with resetting the password didn’t help much! It’s really weird!

The transfer of tickets does not work, the links you get only redirect you to the App Store to download the app, even though I already have downloaded it, it is open and I am logged in. I am trapped in an eternal cycle off getting to download the app again, instead of getting to the transfer tickets, and inside the app there is no message that someone tries to transfer me tickets. Maybe Ticketmaster could help who gets this to works smoothly?

I get a Link, But when sent to the other smartphone it’s only opening the AppStore for this App

Where is the German version? It’s the most spoken language in Europe an there is no German version?

I don‘t see how to change the language. Is there not at least english available?

Our tickets were simply canceled and automatically resold.

We had tickets for the men’s basketball game Germany vs. Serbia (Bronze).

We are extremely disappointed. Our tickets, which we purchased regularly through the official website, were canceled just 12 hours before the game started…

…this is really terrible, especially since we already made the trip to Paris.

Looks like it does what it’s supposed to to = display tickets. One star off for having a separate, single purpose app, instead of integrating the ticket function into the main Paris 2024 app

The app is very responsive and it updates really quick whenever you resell a ticket or do something else with your ticket. Performance is also good! Nothing to complain.
