I have the same problem as the guy in the first review. My wife bought this for me as she and her family are Hispanic and some of them don’t speak english and I speak only a few words in spanish. The purple register/log-in button does not depress as if it’s link is missing, nothing happens and I have tried several different times in two days including deleting the app and reinstalling it… also I emailed the helpline in the app and got a negative response back!

These are the cheapest no good headphones I have found. You can’t listen in on anyone’s conversations and it translates because it isn’t how it claims to be. My husband and I tried it while I was speaking with my Hispanic family and it only picks it up if you are pushing a bunch of buttons. It should have a function to turn on so it is in constant translate mode but it does not. I wasted the little bit of money I do have for a gift that is junk.

I bought these headphones off the Tic Tok shop. These and another brand I purchased claimed to translate multiple languages. This is not the case. Thanks to being unable to create an account/sign in. They work well as music audio devices, but that’s not what I bought them for. Tic Tok shop is becoming the “CNN” of the online retail outlets. VERY disappointing.
