How to fix Rokify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rokify app on iPhone
Update Rokify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rokify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rokify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rokify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Rokify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rokify app issues:

Force Stop the Rokify App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rokify app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rokify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rokify App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rokify app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rokify.

Fix Rokify unable to contact server/ Rokify internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rokify » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rokify » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rokify on android.
