How to fix Oration app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Oration app on iPhone
Update Oration app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Oration iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Oration on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Oration network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Oration Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Oration not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Oration App
1. On android, goto Settings » Oration » click [Force Stop]

Update Oration to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Oration App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Oration » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Oration.

Fix Oration unable to contact server/ Oration internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Oration » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Oration » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
