If you have newer tv this this app doesn’t work as they say it does. Poor customer service. The only way you can cancel is go to where you wrote a review and they will respond and not in a timely manner for you to email them. There’s no phone number to contact customer service if you have an issue with their this app. Nor can you cancel your free trial if you don’t like the this app. You get 3 day free trial but on the 3 rd day there’s no place to cancel except to email them and then it take 8 days for them to respond. Totally a bunch of cons. Now I am well past my 3 day trial so now I am paying for a service that never did work with my Samsung Frame tv from day 1. I was within the 3 day free trail to cancel. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I still haven’t received a notice they have canceled my free subscription and I have responded to their email address to contact them 4 times now.

It worked immediately and perfectly. But they expect you to pay annually more than the cost of new this app forever! lol what a shame

Hate when an app waits until you’ve downloaded before disclosing it costs. And $5 per month for a this app is ridiculous.

Cost too much. 7 bucks a week. Once you turn the tv off. And go to turn it back on you legit have to pretty much start over. Not worth it.

Always makes you press the power button to use the this app, but as it turns out, the power button turns off the TV. Doesn’t matter that the TV is on and the this app is connected.

So if you want to use the controller, you can absolutely use it when the TV is off!

Can’t pay $5 per week for a backup this app — doesn’t disclose charge until downloaded and completely set up!

That’s wild. I bought a second this app for $5.99. If Remote was a one time purchase I’d recommend it for $5 but not for a monthly subscription.

If you lose your this app dont use Remote it will not connect if on same WiFi

There’s no way to cancel your subscription. you have to harass them through emails and they still don’t get back I don’t see why they allow this. Don’t they have people testing these apps and approving of them so that they don’t just put apps out there that will trap you into payments, stealing at its finest shame on you guys have a big huge button where you can cancel your subscription make it easy for the people. Shame on you guys.

Did not work on my Samsung TV added ip address manually still couldn’t connect $6.99 a week a little to steep for me even if it did work I could probably buy a new this app after 3 months ! A new tv after 9 months come on guys inflation is bad but wow are we that bad?

Worked for couple weeks then starting to give headaches

This so ridiculous they force you to rate them before using the product

this app works for the most part but almost every push of a button the tv registers two pushes. Not worth 35 dollars

I’ve tried other this app apps in the past, but this has been the best app by far. Recently, my Samsung this app stopped working with my relatively new TV, and after trial and error, we found out there is a hardware issue with the tv preventing us from pairing any this app. Remote provided a seamless solution. Remote is similar to the Apple iPhone app enhanced with additional options. Highly recommend.

Only thing is I have to reinstall from sometime to get it to connect with my TV.
