I’ve been waiting for quite some time now to create an account and it’s still saying it’s at full capacity with new sign-ups..how much longer till it allows more people to signup..very slow and long wait time that’s why Grant gets 1 star

Wasn’t able to even login as I got a message saying they are at capacity and would let me know when more slots become available. I’m just taking it as a sign for me to just be patient

Why create an app if you can’t join? It states we have reached the maximum capacity for signups. I have never heard of such a thing. It's the worst app ever!!!

Grant worked great at first but the last few days I haven’t even been able to log in. It keeps saying to check my network but there is nothing wrong with my network. I’ve used my cellular data and my WiFi, same frustrating situation. FIX THIS PLEASE!

Ok so I tried signing up and they let me get as far as verifying my ID and it says I already have an account (I don’t). So I plugged in the email they provided as the one with the account and I get an error saying they are at capacity with new signups and they would onboard me as soon as possible….so 1) how can I be waiting to be onboarded if I already have an account (which I never opened) and 2) how could there be limited space for new members when you had me signing up no problem until I entered my social???

Took about a month just to finally get IN to Grant . Once I was finally allowed to make an account with them I was initially denied because they couldn’t verify my paycheck? I refreshed and it now approved me for 100$ advance. Now Anytime I try to get the advance it just gives me a blank screen. Every time without fail. Seems very buggy and not very trusting. Customer service didn’t work either. Better off to just avoid it all together

I can understand that they could be at “capacity” but if that’s true and soooo many people are using them then that means it’s a successful app and more room should be made for new users to join and use their services then so on and so forth!! Orrrrrrr.. in reality it’s trash and the company is failing and it’s just taking up space on Grant Store.

I can’t find a way to contact support about Grant ANYWHERE.
I’m trying to sign up, and it keeps taking me in circles to “verify my email.”

I click the link in my email to verify, and I’m being taken to the same page over and over and cannot proceed to create my account.

Not helpful. Tried signing up with a brand new account, never used before and they sent a notification that they were at capacity of new accounts. Why have me put information in if you know you’re not accepting new customers? Waste of time.

Why have an app on Grant Store if you are going to supposedly “be at capacity for new sign ups” for 6 months. They won’t even let me sign in to an account that I made because of this. Makes absolutely no sense.

Was approved for 100 and soon as i hit the button to proceed it goes blank, like i can click on anything else and works fine! So beware i hope this is not something to get ur account info on gp!

you charge my card $7.54 without my permission then when i went to register you told me the slot where full and I could not register give me back my money I want a refund.

Grant is lowkey trash. You can’t even create an account because “ capacity is too full” they need to update asap. Also they need to increase minimum advance amount to $100 so people use there app more.

I put in my information for a profile/application just to be told they’ve “reached their limit “ . It’s been a few months now and it’s the same thing.

received first advance and paid back without an issue… new update that happened four days ago has Grant acting all kinds of weird. I emailed customer service but no response yet.
what happens:
I apply, it asks for my debit card again, i input information and im approved. I confirm the advance and payback date and it redirects me back to my home screen on app and it just shows the repayment of my previous advance and nothing has deposited nor updated and i’ve tried for the past three days. hopefully someone reads this and helps. thanks!

I’ve tried downloading Grant 2 separate times and both times I have been told they are at lending capacity.. why not just remove Grant instead of having people waste time downloading and entering their information

I tried again several times, first in consecutive days and receive the above message. I again tried many times at least two weekly) for at least TWO months now to signup. If Oasis is currently with this problem, they should temporarily remove their app from Grant Store. They are not helpful in keeping it in, frustrating others from trying to sign up. They have a notice at least, telling prospective customers of their current situation. I ALSO BELIEVE APPLE SHOULD STEP IN AND HAVE THEM REMOVE Grant FROM THE STORE TEMPORARILY.

I had a few advances with the company and seemed fine until the last one. I was approved and instead of paying the fee for instant deposit I used ach. Never received the loan. I emailed the company and they asked for a statement ( I sent them screenshots with my account and dates). I have not heard back from them at all. They basically stole money from my account. Company had plenty of opportunity to correct this. Reported them to apple. Reported them to my bank as fraud.

Like everyone else, I received the “at capacity” message. However, I clicked forgot password to see if I had signed up with Grant before. It takes you to the reset password screen for Kikoff, an app that has access to your credit and sensitive information. I see that Grant has Kikoff listed as its developer, but I don’t see anything on Kikoff’s website or anywhere else online that the two are affiliated. I think Grant was purely built to get people’s password

I’ve had Grant for about a month now and I periodically go back to Grant and try to create an account and every time it tells me “we’re currently at capacity with new sign ups”.. im sorry but that’s just weird. What is your capacity and what bank app or just any app in general even says something like that? Seems fishy 🐠.. Then looking at the reviews I wonder if this is even a legit app anyway?? 🥴🤷🏾‍♀️ I’m deleting it. Be safe everyone, smh.

I’ve tried to use Grant and every time I get as far as putting in my debit card information and it always comes back saying it’s and invalid debit card. it’s my only debit card attached to my direct deposit and my bank. I’ve had this debit card over a year and have never had issues with it elsewhere. Grant is horrible

I’ve tried to rest my passwords so may time and nothing happens. Ive also tried to resign up and whenever I try to it just gives me a message about how they aren’t accepting new sign ups and will inform you when you can but they never send anything

Tried many times over the last few months to join but it claims there’s no new signups. Waste of time

Says they are at full capacity for new users. Seems like some sort of data heist or scam. Tried downloading it multiple times this month. Same thing every time.

I’ve been trying to sign up for 2-3 weeks and it keeps telling me there are no opens slots. Am I making a reservation for dinner? Try other apps where you can just sign up and go. Who knows when I’ll be able to use the one, if ever.

I recently repaid my load but my loan amount decreased by 50 dollars and I just paid them back now I can’t even sign into my account and I’m short on cash and there’s no one to actually talk to on the phone they need to fix the issue very unhappy customer

I applied for an advance and was approved. It was never deposited into my account. I have reached out to customer support five different times. Grant is now wanting me to repay an advance that was never deposited. I would watch out.

It keeps telling me no paycheck information found. Not sure why when my paycheck is deposited into the account connected and has been for years. Unusable app.

Grant won’t even work! Keeps telling me to check my network connection and I am connected!!!!!! Seems like a huge scam! They need to fix it or delete Grant . It’s useless

Grant won’t let me join. I’ve put in the info it asks for and then it tells me they are not taking people on right now.

“Check back in a few hours” I have been getting that neaaage for about of week now when trying to sign up for Grant. Garbage.

Waiting list is ridiculous I was in desperate need when I tried to join !

I was very disappointed. They said they have reached capacity.

I couldn’t sign up because they’re at capacity for the amount of users they can have.

But keep getting told at limit for users.

Won’t accept anymore users. Don’t waste a download as you won’t get anywhere

I can’t login to my account or even reset my password. I don’t get an email or anything

I’m writing a bad review, just so it reminds me to never download Grant again! It won’t let me join at all. I wish I have known of this before taking a chance to waste my time to download Grant. It is worthless to be listed here because it literally won’t accept anybody. Or at least it’s me that they’re not accepting. Anyway, Grant should be taken down if it’s not going to work.

Downloaded almost immediately and will let you make a new account why tell you it isn’t accepting new customers

App does not allow new users. When I tried to sign up it just kept telling me “it was at capacity for new users” and to wait. App is useless to be honest.

Unfortunately, I cannot sign up for Grant. Each time I try I receive an error messages stating that new customer signup has reach capacity. Really???

I got approved for a cash advance but every time I try to get my advance the screen freezes and I can’t see anything this needs to get fixed asap

Signed up and got approved but it won’t let me cash out my advance it just shows a blank screen. Boo!

So I signed up and got approved for an advance but everytime I try to go through the process of getting my advance it just takes me to a blank screen and I can’t do anything so safe to say Grant is useless.

I was approved for a $50 cash advance but after i hit submit to accept the advance, the screen goes to a blank white screen and gets stuck. I closed and reopened Grant numerous times today snd still no luck.

Grant constantly says they are at capacity and are not taking any new members, which was fine. I totally understand. But Grant also stated that they will inform me when they have more slots available. I haven’t been informed yet and it’s been four months! Seriously! 😐

I do NOT leave reviews for any applications but this one here y’all got me out of a bind and I’m eternally grateful. Thank you!

I previously left a low rating review of Oasis because of some issues with Grant in detecting income. They have since fixed the issue in their latest update! I was very excited to see this update with the many enhancements. Good on them for making it right and making the changes and improvements in such a short span of time.

Service is absolutely amazing and very fast

I downloaded Grant filled out the form and entered my bank information and was charged. The next thing I knew it said connection issues. An hour later the bank alerts me that they are trying to debit my account 45.00 a total of three times in the last hour.

Been waiting to get approved got the money fast with no problem just gotta keep checking and be patient
