How to fix Verse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Verse app on iPhone
Update Verse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Verse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Verse network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Verse app issues:

Force Stop the Verse App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Verse app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Verse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Verse App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Verse app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Verse.

Fix Verse unable to contact server/ Verse internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Verse » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Verse » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Verse on android.
