My icon widgets are not completed in that they are not filling the widget space there on. I'm not sure what's going on or how to fix it, I can show you a screenshot if needed.

How to fix ThemePack app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ThemePack app on iPhone
Update ThemePack app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ThemePack iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ThemePack on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ThemePack network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ThemePack Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ThemePack not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ThemePack App
1. On android, goto Settings » ThemePack » click [Force Stop]

Update ThemePack to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ThemePack App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ThemePack » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ThemePack.

Fix ThemePack unable to contact server/ ThemePack internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ThemePack » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ThemePack » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ThemePack
