I’ve dropped from 218 to 182 in about three months, and I returned my first iHome scale for erratic measurement. My first weight on the new scale- two weeks ago-was 190-ish. My last weight was 182.4. Neither shows up on iHomeFitnessHealth . Yes, I am using the latest update, yes everything g is linked right, etc. it’s a total crock to rock out shedding weight and your app shows I’ve only lost 5 lbs while I’ve dropped 3 times that.

I will not ever as long as I live purchase another iHome product. This is the 3rd or 4th poor Experience I’ve had with products/apps and to be honest, I can get crappy stuff cheaper at a yard sale, so why pay full price plus tax for junk? Not to mention the fact that there is a security no-no you must agree to in order to use iHomeFitnessHealth , if you value privacy, this is not the product for you.

Not to mention that the dates and weights on iHomeFitnessHealth don’t match those on the scale. iHomeFitnessHealth has me continually heavier than my actual weight each day.

I weigh once a day: in the morning after a shower, with an empty bladder, only weighing once so as not to totally mess up this gimmicky app with more than one weighing. In fact, if you weigh more than once daily, iHomeFitnessHealth seems to only record one, and it may or may not be the AM one. This means that iHomeFitnessHealth makes the scale less useful unless you scrap iHomeFitnessHealth and keep your own log- which contradicts the very sales point of the product!

I bought the scale to keep track of multiple essentials but it doesn’t show anything but weight BMI and bone mass. Starting to regret the scale thinking I should have bought a better scale.. plus iHomeFitnessHealth doesn’t let you scroll and it does read weight accidentally. 5 different weighted 5 different times.

I feel like iHomeFitnessHealth is missing buttons. I go to create an account and enter the info then there’s no button to tap to move to the next screen

Cannot pair scale to app. It just stays on loading constantly when looking for device. I have deleted iHomeFitnessHealth , redownloaded, exchanged batteries. EVERYTHING. Only good thing is it shows my weight but what good is buying a smart scale if that’s all you get out of this. Will be returning to Walmart asap. Do better IHome.

I am 10 pounds from goal weight. I wear a US size 10. This scale says I have 50% of my weight as fat. I just hope the weight is right, because I don't trust anything else with this scaler. Sigh.

Unless you live alone and will be the only person using the scale, don’t waste your money. If someone gets on the scale and your phone is within range it will also mess with your data by adding that persons weight onto your charts. It doesn’t say anywhere on the box for the scales at all that it can only be used by one person either.

Just bought the scale and myself and my significant other were going to use it. Turns out only one of us can use iHomeFitnessHealth feature or else each of our accounts over rides the other one account. How hard is it the have one scale with multiple accounts. It’s impractical to have a scale for each person in a household in order to use a app.

It will not take my hive. You will not take my weight. I’ve changed them from inches to centimeters it will not work that way, and it will take my date of birth. Will be taking it back.

Tried a billion passwords and all green flags to say it should be a strong enough password and still can’t get it to work it I have made it send about ten codes to my email as well horrible app

Scale works but app is trash. Never sent verification codes so can’t create an account so we will never know about the supposed “features” the scale has to offer. Should have read reviews before buying the scale.

I just purchased this scale and iHomeFitnessHealth is worthless. It won’t let me set up my profile so that my measurements are saved. I’ve read the reviews, this is not a new issue…. Why not do the right thing and fix iHomeFitnessHealth ?

iHomeFitnessHealth shows that there are several things it tracks such as water weight, muscle weight, etc. I can only see bone mass, bmi. I got the scale to see all of it otherwise I would’ve just kept using my old scale.

I have tried and tried to connect my device to iHomeFitnessHealth and it just not connect at all, even after rebooting scale and all. This is pretty stupid to claim your product provides certain features and end up failing.

I have bought 2 none of them connects to my IPhone , there is not troubleshooting, I had to return both

I rate this a one bc the scale does work and it’s pretty accurate as far as iHomeFitnessHealth it self….. I can’t even create an account used 3 different emails on 3 different days and it still did not work👎🏽

iHomeFitnessHealth downloads but it will not let me create an account. Password says it doesn’t match but it does uninstalled three times with same results. Like everyone else I would give it 0 stars, can’t even create an account.

I have watched the tutorials I have fresh batteries. I’m on a flat surface. My feet are baron dry and yet the only thing I can get off of the scale is BMI weight and two other items. Nothing else is syncing to my app. Also, it looks like there is stuff at the bottom of the screen that I cannot see because the icon cover what it is trying to tell you. Just a poor set up.

This is so annoying! Not even 1 star rate for me! This is so horrible! I bought the scale in Walmart this afternoon and I will definitely return it back tomorrow morning!!! I tried 3 different emails and waited for an hour still not receiving a verification code to make an account!!! Such a waste product! Please don’t buy this smart scale !!!! Waste of time !!!

I’m not even able to create an account to use this iHome smart Wi-Fi scale. I have heart failure and fluid around my heart and it states that it would measure the fluid around my organs but not if I can’t make an account you have to set up your account. I scanned the barcodeand it took me to download iHomeFitnessHealth . I download iHomeFitnessHealth and I got as far as putting my name and my birthday and I can’t even scroll down or anything on my phone. Therefore I can’t use it. It’s really upsetting. There’s not in her button, there’s not a button there’s no icon whatsoever just put your information in and that’s it and then either you exit out of that page or that screen and it takes you right back to do the same thing over and over again. I don’t like it personally I was money money.

I have an iPhone 12 it’s struggling to connect to. This scale is unstable and seems to it want to work with other dioceses smoothly - you folks need to update the firmware. It doesn’t calculate my weight and tells me to check my hight and age for accuracy- you k wi how stupid this sounds when the user KNOWS his weigh and age after being told ore than once! Does iHomeFitnessHealth not know you adjusted it and made sure it’s CORRECT? This machines is dumb 50/50 that’s it’s either going to work or not going to work- terrible odds

just bought this. have i phone. and i can’t even create an account on app. lets you put information but no forward buttons. about to return it. created an account online instead app. and won’t let me log in. why have access to an app if you can’t sign in?? such a waste

Can’t trend weight - just shows against some target weight with a smooth line (not dots on trend or exact measurements). Have to change scale to Kg to import correct weight to apple health app. Tried everything for an hour. I think apps need to be open at the time of weighing to import to Apple health as well, defeating Wi-Fi selling point. It will list a log of weights at the bottom of screen, but you can only see two measurements at a time it’s such a small part of the screen (can’t expand) and menu at the bottom covers up the data as well and you can’t swipe it away. Can’t delete weights and theres no way to set up more than one profile. If your kid steps on the scale, it shows you lost 100lbs and you can’t delete it. Now your whole trend is permanently messed up unless you erase all data and start over from scratch. You may as well lock the scale up so nobody else tries to use it. Maybe a family of 4 can invest in 4 of these scales and line them up with name tags? I have resorted to manually entering each weight in Apple health and don’t use the wifi/Bluetooth or app since the second day of owning this scale. At least I can see a trend in different time-range increments, delete unwanted data, hover over data and see the value, and interact with it. iHomeFitnessHealth won’t let you set up the wifi on the scale without location settings set up to “precise location”, so be aware of that as it took me a while to realize that was the issue. Why does iHome need my precise location??? My advice would be to look elsewhere.

It wouldn’t connect to the scale and it appears you can only have one account attached to it so my weight and my wife’s weight would be on the same app without a way to differentiate. Waste of money but you won’t know that until you buy it

Synchronization of data between iHomeFitnessHealth and Apple Health is spotty at best. It only sends weight and BMI, despite allegedly being able to synchronize other statistics like body fat percentage and lean body mass.

Additionally, the pages with data are misaligned, and sometimes unable to be scrolled or interacted with.

This feels like an amateur attempt at an app.

I put my profile information in and it does not list my age correctly. I put my birthday in and calculates my age as being 10 years younger. I changed my birthday in the settings as if I were 10 years younger and now it’s off by six years. It makes me wonder what else is, incorrect in its calculations. I don’t trust the data.

If you’re in North America you probably don’t deal with kilograms.

Weight goal is only in Kilograms.
Make sure your scale is set to kilograms before pairing with app.

App isn’t well organized. Tons of information but can be convoluted to say the least.

Took me a while to figure out you have to stand on the scale barefoot for it set up, before that it kept saying “error”. Either I haven’t found a way to make another account or you can’t make multiple accounts? Very frustrating considering I bought this for my fiancé and to keep track of my multiple cats’ weights

I was able to create an account and setup iHomeFitnessHealth on my phone; when I entered my profile info, the DOB and height won’t save and I keep getting an error that those two data points aren’t entered even though I hit Save and have done this step numerous times. I’ve taken the batteries out of the scale to reset and deleted iHomeFitnessHealth and re-installed but it still doesn’t work!! Really annoying since I wanted my weight and BMI!!

I am using an iPhone and cannot scroll down to look at past data entries on any of the pages. It does register weights but beyond that it doesn’t have value if you can’t see past data.

The part of iHomeFitnessHealth that shows you the graph which tracks your progress won’t load. Every time I click it, iHomeFitnessHealth shuts down. Tried reaching out to tell them it has a bug but can’t find a point of contact.

While I use it, it’s great for tracking the my weight but the bmi is inaccurate I feel. As I weighed my self I saw the bmi extremely high and then decided to check my bmi on other websites/apps and they all said a similar lower number compared to what iHomeFitnessHealth gave.

I was originally having the same issue - profile info won’t save, despite several attempts. But I gave it 24 hours, and voilá - things work! I got a reading on all 14 of the markers. Wasn’t the reading I wanted to see, but I guess that’s why I bought the scale in the first place.

I really like iHomeFitnessHealth since it was easy to connect to my smart scale. I’m in the process of trying to lose 100 pounds and I like to be able to just jump on a scale and let the information go into iHomeFitnessHealth . I can track days, weeks and months easily in iHomeFitnessHealth to help me obtain my goals. Down 27 so far and not stopping.

iHomeFitnessHealth is going to be so helpful in keeping your info all in one place! It also connects to the IOS Health app which is a big plus. Easy to download and set up too. I would recommend this to everyone who is interested in their own health and care!

I have a lot of weight to lose so I download this iHome fitness app. I like that I can pair it with my Bluetooth scale and it will sync to my Apple health. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It helps me keep myself on track with the goals that I set in iHomeFitnessHealth . I like that it holds me accountable and I can see my progress at a quick glance.

I’ve been using this for a while and so far I prefer it to other similar apps I’ve tried. Everything I want to track is right there and it’s really easy to do all my tracking in one app. It’s user friendly and doesn’t take long to input my info or look at my progress over time. I love the short and long view charts!

Downloaded iHomeFitnessHealth . Synced with my iPhone. Took a while to get my profile info to connect but it worked. I like to be able to keep track of my weight loss progress and other details of my journey. So far so good. Do wish they would allow my husband to use app also as a secondary person.

This is definitely very user friendly for someone new. iHomeFitnessHealth has simple UI so it’s easy to navigate and find your data and inputs. I really like the graphs and it’s very visually appealing as well.

I purchased the scale today from Walmart. I came home and set it up in less than 5 minutes. My account was created and it input the correct weight. I’m not sure what other users mean by a code? I just made an account with my email and password easy peasy👍🏽
