Student rush ticket buying process is a nightmare

If any college students ever wanted to go see a Pittsburgh Penguins game, it is nearly impossible to buy tickets off of their student rush link because of how glitchy their checkout process is. I have tried multiple credit cards, and put dozens of different tickets in my shopping cart, but whenever I go to check out it says that my tickets were already bought. How can somebody buy tickets out of a shopping cart when the whole idea of a shopping cart is to save it for the customer who placed the tickets in there so that they can buy the tickets and no one else can steal them. The whole idea of this program is to generate future season-ticket holders, but why would anyone do that if they will not allow their clientele to purchase tickets that belong to them in their own shopping cart. Try not to waste your time getting your hopes up that you’re going to the game that night if you can’t even get tickets because of how terrible this system is set up. This is the one time I wish there were negative stars because that’s how bad this app and student rush software is.

I open the app to make a prediction, it prompts me and I hit ok...and then nothing happens..no redirect no noticeable link to make a prediction...used to enjoy the texts. They were easier, quicker, and simple. Now I have to unlock my phone, go to an app, search the app to find this mystical tab to make said prediction, all while being hit with ads and news feeds I’m not necessarily interested in. To be honest, I’m actually quite salty over this move. I understand wanting more traffic on the App Store, more $ for advertising and such but this move is just not a winner. Need to remember the KISS rule. Keep It Simple Stupid.

I *hate* the new “Penguins Experience”

This app used to be simple and practical. I used it mainly to listen to the radio broadcast since I live on the other side of the commonwealth. But now the radio function is hidden in the new “Penguins Experience.” The feed is unstable. If I accidentally launch a video with sound in another app, I’m unable to restart the Penguins radio feed, even after rebooting the app. Stop breaking things that work!!!
