Downloaded TaptoPayPOSSystemTofu , but when I get to Stipe to set up bank info, it gets stuck and won’t move to the screen that lets me log into my bank. Tried BOA and Chase, and the screen won’t come up.

Been trying to get my money back for a week this is insane I spent 800$ of my own money to put it through my business to see if it would work and they’re not contacting me back or allowing me to initiate a refund on my END TERRIBLE SERVICE I WANT MY MONEY NOW

I hate it!!!! before asking me and they take me to subscription and when ask for refund nobody reply yet

TaptoPayPOSSystemTofu doesn’t work

TaptoPayPOSSystemTofu works best when customer is using Apple Pay from the phone it's a 60% chance when using their card, however there is nothing in TaptoPayPOSSystemTofu that informs you about a payout. The customer service takes one hour or more to respond. There's no phone number which lets me know this is a small company but they need to have information about payouts. For a first time user of TaptoPayPOSSystemTofu it's just alarming not seeing anything of the sort or even allow me to double check my banking info. Update that and credit card pay and I would update the stars 👌🏽.
