It’s strange how one country depends on an app and forces everyone to get a permit to go to prophet Mohamed’s mosque (SAW) and it doesn’t work. Emailed and reached out a few times with zero response.

What in the world brother or sister you cannot auto update Nusukنسك. Why do we have to go to App Store every month?

When do you release Rawda so we know when we can look. Randomly on Monday there are only 2 days for 5days later but no availability for 1 month later. Please make our Umrah and Hajj more convenient and easier-not a hassle.

I can’t verify my account. The list of countries when trying to input phone numbers is not working.

I have my visa for hajj everything is correct but when I make an account here it puts gender as male instead of female and doesn’t allow me to change it!

Can’t create an Account. Stuck in password screen. I’ve done all the steps, followed all the instructions and still will even create the account. Strange.

I already try to switch off night mode or invert iphone color with no hope

This is what happens when you contract off app development to third class Indian consulting companies like tcs. I can’t even register without it crashing over and over again

Terrible Experience with Nusukنسك , there is no way to know your application accepted after entering the info and after entering all info points bqck to error “update your application number”

I have been trying to get Rawadah appointment for long but that section is not working at all. I already tried reinstalling options, phone power on and off option but nothing is working.

Got an appointment for Rawdah but they are having people pray behind the actual area. Spent thousands, came here from the USA can’t book for another year. Lookup a map before you go! Other issues app just shows blank when there are no appointments

All I have to say is I went from the USA to perform my Umrah and I was not able to get my permit. My spouse was able to Alhamdulillah, but every time I tried getting my permit it gave me invalid message or error. Disappointed in Nusukنسك especially because I was looking forward.

This application needs many spot checks and it is poorly built.

Either a lack of funding or skill set, Nusukنسك has failed me many times and caused many headaches.

I’m happy to offer my services to built out the backend and web/mobile interface, if so please give me the correct email to send my resume.

Im constantly getting “Internal Server Error” as well as a message to update to latest version of Nusukنسك . I do have the latest version. I even deleted Nusukنسك and reinstalled it and still same error messages.
If this is meant to be useful for visitors then it’s not. I guess we are getting credit from Allah SWT for being the testers for your App.

When I come to setting password, all the requirements are ok but I can’t click on “this is for muslins/terms and conditions “

I went from USA to Makkah to perform my Umrah and to visit the Prophet Mosque in Medina.I completed my Umrah without any problem; however,I tried to Use the Nusuk to reserve my place to offer 2 Nafil prayer, but it was not responding to my request.I even went to their office to fix the glitch in Nusukنسك, but they even could not fix the problem. I urgently request to authorities to fix the problem with Nusukنسك. So, people, who are traveling from far places, can complete their objectives. Jazak Allahu Khairun!

No customer service! Not meant for Uneducated. It keeps updating. Even valid permit gets rejected at check point. So they cancel your appointment without you knowing. Never experienced such service by any app. Try buying train ticket from abroad and you would wish you can slit your wrist. It won’t accept foreign credit card but it won’t bother telling you that. I had to ask some one local to buy my train ticket. Price kept Gng up as I was delayed making pmt. From 270sr when I first looked to 800sr when I tried to check at the kiosk upon landing. Unreal!

Very much disappointed by the glitch in the system not solving any issue user may have the only advice we get in English “keep trying” which never work. System has this issue since last two years no improvement. Live streaming showed Haram is half full but Error message showing full capacity, even Nusuk offer dates and time but once you dialect the error message showed it is full capacity the question the. Why time offer by system when there in full capacity.
I m very disappointed by this glitch in the apps

#1- you are able to book a umrah visa without Nusukنسك. If I didn’t speak to others I would not have know this was needed. As it wasn’t needed the last time I did umrah in 2020
#2- when you go to Mecca the only place that checks if you have visa/permit is on the road to Mecca. If you’re a man all you have to do is be dressed in ihram and you can get into the main floor with no questions anytime during your visit. You don’t have to do it during your “time” on the permit. Women can come and go as they please with no checks of an umrah permit.
#3- when booking for rawda I was only able to book the day before we arrived to madina because Nusukنسك only releases 1 week at a time for the following week after the jumah (Friday) prayer.
You would think with a time slot reserved you’d be able to spend more than 30 seconds visiting the rasoul but that’s all you get as men, we are cattled through and yelled at by the guards on a power trip. And women do not even get to see visit the rasoul, you only get to the rawda. Our women deserve better than this.

Overall the idea is good but execution and everything is below poor. More work is needed to improve Nusukنسك and make it more useable and understandable.

Saudi government please listen to the voices of these people who are suffering because of this Nusuk app and they way hajj has been horrible managed.

If you guys are going to make an App that forces the entire ummah to get a permit, at least go to school, become software engineers, and learn how to build a proper app.

I’m really sick of Nusukنسك this is my second visit and it’s has the same issue (we will send you code)I followed all the steps and repeated them several times and still the same thing, nothing changes. We came just for three days and we don’t have time to deal with Nusukنسك. I want to tell you please find different ways to make it easier for the short time visitors to go to Al Rawdah Al Sharifa

Not everyone has the opportunity to perform Hajj or Umrah, ill come to this point.

Last year when i got a time slot for the Rawdah, my slot was of 3:15 am, the lines were so long that it took 1 hour for us to get situated, but when i reached to the check post, the time was 3:17 am, and my booking disappeared on Nusukنسك, just because the initial booking time was passed.

I still got in Alhumdulilah because i took a screenshot. The people there do not understand any other language so it was still a struggle.

If Nusukنسك had a scanning feature where the people who check Nusukنسك to let you enter, scan a barcode or RFID, this would confirm if the person attended the Rawdah or not, because once the time passes you cant sign up for it since it’s only allowed once a year or something.

Its not the person’s fault if they arrive 1-2 hours before their time and still can’t get in. Make this scanning feature available so people who can’t afford to perform Umrah or Hajj and still manage to come dont get their once in a lifetime opportunity wasted. Because I almost lost mine due to this half baked app.

Absolute rubbish since the change over to new app

If you cancel a permit, you will not be able to book for another 365 days. Nusukنسك had cancelled our permits, we had booked it earlier and they cancelled it. Nusukنسك changed the time and date once we had reached saudi .

First of all the workers dont help you at all i asked where the the prophet is buried so i can make dua in his direction but they just told me make dua anywhere its the same. And they are also extremely tuff and just try to get you through as fast as possible and get you out. I went through all the for only 10 minutes to pray and make dua.

Can you please fix the following problems? I cannot change the language to English. The default language is Arabic. Also, where is the log out button?

Please allow senior citizen to pray at riyadul jannah without permit. Most of the people don’t know how to use smart phone or apps, some of doesn’t use smart phone due to fitna.
Allah swt give us ability to understand This matter.

There is no option to select language, no option to go back from one screen back to main app, no slots for every selection. I appreciate the effort but looks like some high school students made Nusukنسك

A 10th grader can develop a better app than this. It loads Nusukنسك in Arabic. There is no option to revert to English. No idea where the log out button is. Cannot login to get an appointment for my family members who don’t have a phone. You guys need to shut down Nusukنسك and going back to manual paper process would be much better.

Since last 24 hours i am experiencing a worst ever experience using Nusukنسك. First language was in English which i wanted, then it automatically changed to Arabic. And now there is noway to change it back to English. I used setting option to change the language to English but it again automatically changed to Arabic when open Nusukنسك again. Also NO back option , NO logout option. Why government approved Nusukنسك that build and still maintain by unprofessionals.

App was installed with English language option and it worked for the first time in English. After that it opens in Arabic. There is no option to switch language. Tried to change language through Settings > Apps > Nusuk, didn’t work. Deleted and reinstalled it, didn’t work. Rebooted cell phone, didn’t work. Tried all over again, didn’t work. I have spent whole day trying to switch language to English, to no avail. Why is it so difficult to do a simple task? Nusukنسك is very poorly designed for iOS.
Also, there is no option to reach your profile in case you want to add family members.
I will request Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and Ministry of Tourism to get Nusukنسك reviewed and fixed by real professional software house. Millions of people depend upon it and it should be flawless and intutive. There should be clear methods to add family members. Changing language of app should be as easy as to click on select a language button. I hope someone will hear this complaint.

It made me update and when I login in it not sending the otp code to email I can’t log in

Get error code upon entering 4 digit code. I cannot verify my account using email it does not accept the verification code I have tried multiple times and multiple emails. It says in the screenshot below the data could not be read because it is not in the correct formal. But I simply entered the 4 digits from the email I received. Please help!

GCC resident here, Nusukنسك wouldn’t let me continue to sign up without verifying my phone number but it never sends the verification code! I tried two different phone numbers from two different GCC countries over the course of 3 days and haven’t received a single text message with a verification phone. I can’t reserve my umrah now! Please fix this bug. Other than that, I love the fact that Saudi Arabia is utilizing technology to make Umrah more convenient, thank you for all the great initiatives.

Can’t salect a date to visit the raudh and i checked with connection to internet but the internet is not a problem and i see it in umrah that i can salect a date.and i try it many times but still Can’t salect a date to visit the raudh.

Awful awful awful. May Allah forgive the workers at the office and the guards. Disrespectful is an understatement.

Nusuk app must make easy for everyone. It’s hard to navigate and change language

My cell is iPhone 6s. I uploaded Nusuk. I did nationality part.I did passport and then it froze.I could not move forward from it.
Please help.Thanks.

This is a great app especially the Qibla is excellent. Could you integrate other features, particularly Quran and prayer time and Adhan

This version is better than old one in term of enter faces and easy of use..
